Bonjour,

 

Pour éviter le formatage -que tout le monde me recommande...-, j'ai recherché des personnes pouvant m'aider quand je suis tombé sur votre forum qui m'a l'air très très très expérimenté dans la sécurité :P

 

Concernant les problèmes que je rencontre :

A la surface, il n'y a rien de suspect. Peut-être que les vilains se sont installés il y a longtemps, peut-être pas, quoi qu'il en soit je ne les ai trouvés que très récemment car j'ai commencé à m'inquiéter concernant l'état de santé de mon ordinateur lorsque l'accès au Regedit, via exécuter, m'était impossible car "Windows ne peut pas ouvrir rundll32.exe" ou encore le Gestionnaire de périphérique car "Windows ne peut pas ouvrir mmc.exe".

Après avoir analysé l'ordinateur avec Avast, ce dernier a repéré une belle brochette de fichiers suspects que j'ai actuellement mis en quarantaine (dans ceux-ci se trouvent 4 fichiers de C:\System Volume Information\ et 2 de C:\WINDOWS\system32) ...

 

J'ai suivis les instructions du post-it "Pré-Nettoyage d'un PC infecté", malheureusement je n'ai pas réussis à le mener jusqu'au bout : Impossible d'installer AntiVir car après que le logiciel ai finit la décompression (cette étape : http://speedweb1.free.fr/tut/img/Antivir/decompression.png) j'avais une fenêtre Windows similaire à celles de rundll32.exe et mmc.exe, mais disant "Windows ne peut pas ouvrir setup.exe". J'ai donc seulement fait un rapport HijackThis :P

 

Je ne sais pas si vous l'accepterez dans ces conditions, mais le voici quand même :

bonjour Alvaro

Télécharger et installer la dernière version d'HIJACKTHIS [v2.0.2] en cliquant sur l'image :

  • Enregistrer HJTInstall.exe sur le bureau.
  • Double-cliquer sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme.
    Par défaut, il s'installera là : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
    • .
    • Accepter la licence en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept".
    • Choisir l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file".
    • Cliquer sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note.
    • Cliquer sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport.
    • Coller le rapport sur ce forum.
    • Ne fixer encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher le PC de fonctionner correctement.

    1/ Nous déconseillons, sur nos forums de sécurité, l'utilisation de toolbars: en général elles n'aident en rien et ont des visées essentiellement publicitaires

    Supprimer toutes les Toolbars, notamment AskSBar, infectieuse.

     

     

    Il est très déconseillé d'avoir 2 antivirus en même temps sur une machine. Tu y perds à plusieurs niveaux :

    - conflits possibles, notamment en cas de détection

    - ralentissements de la machine

    - perte d'efficacité (leurs protections ne se cumulent pas, elles se limiteraient plutôt)

Bonjour,

 

Tout d'abord, merci pour la rapidité de votre réponse :P

 

Ensuite, je souhaitais m'excuser pour le temps qu'il m'aura fallut pour vous répondre, en effet depuis hier midi ma connection n'arrêtait pas de chuter et la ligne était instable ce qui m'empêchait d'accéder à Internet.

 

Concernant les logiciels anti-virus que je possède, j'utilise CCleaner, Spybot et Avast.

Mes toolbars sont désactivées mais non-supprimées (j'ai une erreur qui m'empêche de supprimer celle de Yahoo :s)

Bonsoir,

 

CCleaner et Spybot SD ne sont pas des antivirus.

 

CCleaner est un néttoyeur.

Spybot SD est un anti spywares.

 

 

déja une chose à faire c'est de changer d'antivirus.

 

Avast n'offre plus une protection suffisante : lui préférer Antivir.

DESINSTALLER AVAST

 

* Télécharger ASWClear.exe sur le bureau.

* Le lancer (en tant qu'administrateur sous Vista).

* Suivre les instructions.

* Redémarrer l' ordinateur.

 

une fois AntiVir installé effectue une mise à jour, (c'est juste un conseil) et fais un scan de ton système, et post le rapport.

 

pour supprimer la toolbar Yahoo : http://help.yahoo.com/l/fr/yahoo/toolbar/t...toolbar-08.html

 

après passe un coup de CCleaner, puis fait ça:

 

Imprimez ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.

 

Télécharger Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)

 

 

Enregistrez le sur le bureau .

Fermer toutes les fenêtres et programmes.

 

  • Double-cliquer sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur le bureau pour démarrer l'installation.
  • Suivez les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet).
  • N'apportez aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation,
  • vérifiez que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.

 

MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse.

Comme il se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, cliquer sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue.

 

Ferme le programme,

 

 

Redémarre ton PC en mode sans échec (important) (touche F8 au démarrage)

(Sous Vista, fermer le programme, et le relancer en faisant clic droit -> Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)

 

Lance Malwarebytes'

 

La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :

 

Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifier que "Exécuter une analyse approfondie" est coché et cliquer sur le bouton "Rechercher" pour démarrer l'analyse.

 

L' analyse prendra un certain temps, soyez patient !

Un message s'affichera, en indiquant la fin .

Cliquer sur OK pour continuer.

 

Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.

En cliquant sur "Suppression(?)" , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

 

MBAM va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse qui peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs.

 

  • Fermer le bloc-note.
  • Fermer MBAM en cliquant sur "Quitter".
  • Redemarrer en mode normale
  • Poster le rapport .

 

Refait une analyse HijackThis et post ton rapport.
