Bonjour,

 

Je vous demande votre aide car j'ai fais une grosse bêtise cet après-midi. Pour faire de la place sur mon disque dur, je voulais graver des fichiers audio et videos sur un CD. Pour cela, j'ai téléchargé via un torrent, une version crackée de Nero. Avast a détecté un trojan sur le premier torrent que j'ai téléchargé, je l'ai vite supprimé et je me suis mis en quête d'un autre torrent. Cette fois-ci, Avast ne détecte rien de suspect. Au moment d'installer Nero sur mon PC, le bureau disparait laissant seulement le logiciel d'installation de Nero, je pense que c'est normal et je continue l'installation. Après avoir redémarrer mon ordinateur, c'est à ce moment que je vois que mon bureau est vide et que seul mon fond d'écran apparait. Dans la barre des tâches, le processus explorer.exe a disparu et lorsque je le lance comme nouvelle tâche, tout revient à la normale pendant quelques secondes avant de disparaitre une seconde fois. J'ai vérifié la restauration du système et tout mes points de restauration ont disparu alors que j'en avais presque tous les jours. :-/

Je ne sais pas du tout si j'ai attrapé quelque chose mais en tout cas, le problème s'est déclenché en installant la version piraté de Nero.

 

J'ai fais un log avec HijackThis, ça fait très longtemps que je n'ai pas demandé d'aide sur un forum alors je ne connais pas vraiment la mise en forme pour vous présentez tout ceci. Je vous remercie d'avance de votre aide.

Téléchargez Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)

 

* Double cliquez sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe pour lancer le processus d'installation.

Enregistrez le sur le bureau .

Fermer toutes les fenêtres et programmes

Suivez les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet)

N'apportez aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation,

Vérifiez que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées

MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse.

cliquer sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue..

* Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliquez sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour:

Si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter, acceptez.

* Une fois la mise à jour terminée, allez dans l'onglet Recherche.

* Sélectionnez "Exécuter un examen complet"

* Cliquez sur "Rechercher"

* .L' analyse prendra un certain temps, soyez patient !

* A la fin , un message affichera :

L'examen s'est terminé normalement.

 

*Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il le dira aussi.

Cliquez sur "Ok" pour poursuivre.

*Fermez les navigateurs.

Cliquez sur Afficher les résultats .

 

*Sélectionnez tout et cliquez sur Supprimer la sélection,

MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

puis ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse qui peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs.

* Copiez-collez ce rapport dans la prochaine réponse.

Bonsoir et merci d'avoir répondu si rapidement, votre logiciel a détecté 16 infections. Le logiciel les a supprimés, exceptés deux fichiers qui sont censés être supprimés au redémarrage.

EDIT APRÈS LE REDÉMARRAGE: Ça y est, mon problème est résolu, merci beaucoup Pear. Explorer.exe se maintient dans la liste des processus et ne disparait plus, je peux regarder mes dossiers tranquillement maintenant. Je suis vraiment impressionné par la qualité de votre travail, car dans la plupart des cas, personne ne répond à mes demandes d'aide dans la plupart des forums, ou alors on sent que la personne qui aide ne connait pas grand chose. Je vous demanderai juste encore un dernier service, si vous pensez que j'ai encore des problèmes que je n'ai pas remarqué sur mon ordinateur, s'il vous plait, faites le moi savoir. Merci beaucoup.

Mbam a bien travaillé.

 

Télécharger Antivir

NB : le choix d'Antivir comme antivirus à utiliser dans le cadre de cette procédure, a reposé sur les critères suivants :

--- failles de votre antivirus qui a laissé passer des malwares

--- En mode sans échec ,seuls les processus systèmes sont lancés.Il est donc plus facile de supprimer les infections

--- Antivir peut-être installé et désinstallé facilement

--- Antivir est reconnu pour son efficacité en mode sans échec

 

Paramètres conseillés

Clic droit sur le parapluie->Configure

Cliquer Expert mode->Scan:

Cocher: All files

Additionnal Settings:tout cocher

Clic sur scan +

Action for concerning files:

Cocher

copie file to quarantine before action

Primary action...................: repair => au cas ou ce serait un fichier système corrompu

Secondary action.................: delete => s'il y a détection, autant supprimer. une sauvegarde sera dans la quarantaine

 

Désactivez votre antivirus actuel

Redémarrez en mode sans échec.

Lancez le scan

Postez le rapport

 

et un nouvel hijackthis, svp.

J'ai scanné mon ordinateur deux fois avec AntiVir, car la première fois je ne l'avais pas fait avec le mode sans-échec, je suis désolé.

Pour supprimer Ctfmon: Panneau de configuration->Options Régionales et linguistiques->Désactiver Langues d'Extrême Orient

Bonjour,

 

J'ai fais tout ce que vous m'avez demandé, sauf que je ne vois pas comment supprimer ctfmon dans les options régionales et linguistiques.

De plus Hijackthis, je ne vois pas les lignes du type; C:\Program Files\...., est-ce que je dois aller supprimer les fichiers directement dans leur dossier?

 

À part cela, j'ai mis à jour Java, j'ai desinstallé l'anciennce version et j'ai désinstallé Avast comme vous me l'avez conseillé.
