PC lent et infecté

Je n'est pas eu l'ouverture du rapport java et le fichier n'était non plus pas a la racine, j'ai effectué une recherche en vain.

 

Sinon l'adresse http://www.virustotal.com/fr/ ne fonctionne pas chez moi

 

je suis sous vista et je ne trouve pas l'emplacement C:\ProgramData\shydolef\apcxgbmv.exe

Télécharger sur le bureauOTMoveIt3 by OldTimer .

Double-clic sur OTMoveIt3.exe pour le lancer.

Sous Vista,Clic droit sur le fichier ->Choisir Exécuter en tant qu' Administrateur

Vérifier que Unregister Dll's and Ocx's soit coché.

Clic droit sur la fenêtre "Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved" sous la barre jaune et choisir Coller(Paste).

* Click le bouton rouge Moveit!

* Fermez OTMoveIt3

Votre Pc va redémarrer.

Rendez vous dans le dossier C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles ,

ouvrez le dernier fichier .log

A vider les fichiers temporaires et le fichier introuvable, qu'il ne trouve d'ailleurs pas non plus.

Non , bien sûr.Encore faut-il que ce soit avéré.

Il va falloir creuser plus profond.

Tutoriel

il faut désactiver les protections avant l'utilisation de DiagHelp

# L'icône DiagHelp doit maintenant se trouver sur le Bureau

# Faites un clic droit puis Extraire tout ou Extraire ici.

# Un dossier DiagHelp doit alors être créé

# Double-cliquez sur ce nouveau dossier DiagHelp

# La liste des fichiers est alors accessible

# Double-cliquez sur le fichier go.cmd (le .cmd peut ne pas apparaître).

 

* Une fenêtre noire apparaît avec le menu des choix disponibles (1,2,3,Q).

* Pour choisir l'action à effectuer vous devez taper le numéro 1 2 3 ou Q pour quitter.

Choisissez l'option 1

* Après avoir choisi l'option 1 (touche 1 puis Entrée sur le menu), une fenêtre explicative s'ouvre.

* Lisez attentivement le contenu de la fenêtre puis appuez sur une touche pour continuer DiagHelp

 

* Lors du scan l'écran devient rouge.

* Lorsque les lignes hidden service et hidden files apparaîssent appuyer sur la touche Entrée pour poursuivre le scan

* Il peut vous être demandé de transmettre un fichier contenant des éléments infectieux collectés sur votre ordinateur.

* Pour cela lisez le contenu du message, puis appuyez sur une touche, le site http://upload.malekal.com va alors s'ouvrir.

* Sur le site, cliquez sur le bouton parcourir et sélectionnez le fichier c:\upload_moi_xxxxx.zip, pour cela :

o Cliquez sur le poste de travail

o Double-cliquez sur le disque C

o Sélectionnez le fichier upload_moi_xxx.zip

* Cliquez alors sur le bouton Envoyer fichier.

* Une fois l'envoie effectué, sur la fenêtre noire appuyer sur une touche pour passer à l'étape suivante.

ça commence mal "accès refusé" après avoir sélectionné 1 puis entré, le prog s'arrête

pourtant j'ai désactivé la protection, mais peut ete faut il fermer completement le logiciel de protection, dans ce cas comment procéder car il n'y a pas d'icon pour le quitter

bon en recherchant le probleme diaghelp n'est pas compatible avec vista

J'aurais dû m'en douter.

 

Téléchargezrandom's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegardez-le sur le Bureau.

 

Double-cliquez sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

* Cliquez Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

* Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le télécharge et vous acceptez la licence.

* L'analyse terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.:

Poster le contenu de log.txt (qui sera affiché)

ainsi que de info.txt (qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

* Si ces deux rapports n'apparaissent pas, vous les trouverez dans le dossier C:\rsit
