j'ai l'impression qu'internet marche bcp mieux !!

concernant la suppression d'ad aware, comme je te l'ai signaler dans mon premier post, je ne peux pas le supprimer( comme sony pc suite d'ailleurs) avec le panneau de configuration. tjrs le même message: erreur irrécupérable lors de l'installation, erreur 1327 lecteur f non valide.(je ne sais pas ou ils m'ont trouver un lecteur f)

• relance HijackThis" do a system scan only" , ciche uniquement les lignes ci dessous et clic Fixchecked:

• supprime C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\backups

le dossier backups etant la sauvegarde d'HijackThis

• Finir le nettoyage :

- Nettoye ton ordinateur avec ATFCeaner(à utiliser régulièrement!):

telecharge sur ton bureau:

- AtfCleaner --> http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1

ATF Cleaner

Double-clique ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme.

Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All

Clique sur le bouton Empty Selected, patiente le temp du nettoyage, ok

Si tu utilises le navigateur Firefox :

Clique Firefox au haut et choisis : Select All

Clique le bouton Empty Selected

Patiente le temp du nettoyage

NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.

Si tu utilises le navigateur Opera :

Clique Opera au haut et choisis : Select All

Clique le bouton Empty Selected

Clique Exit, du menu prinicipal, afin de fermer le programme.

voilà, angélique, j'ai nettoyé avec ATF cleaner et supprimé combofix. je ne peux pas supprimer la ligne BHO(no name)........que tu m'a indiquer ds hijackthis:

hijackthis is about to remove a BHO and the corresponding file from your system . close all internet explorer windows and all windows explorer windows before continuing for the best chance of success.

j'ai donc fermé internet et mes applications connectées au net, mais le résultat est tjrs le même.

en supprimant C:\program files\trent micro\hijackthis\backups, celà vat-il m'enlever hijackthis de l'ordi??

» Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) » renomme le dans la fenetre de telechargement par COlaF , et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau , pas ailleurs!!!!!

Les Antivirus couinent sur ComboFix (Nircmd ....), faut autoriser ou désactiver temporairement son AV , ainsi que la demande d'access à la zone sure si le firewall couine , il faut autoriser \o/

ouvre ton bloc note[executer--notepad] et copies/colles le contenu du cadre ci dessous:

[*]Clique sur le bouton "Enregistrer" à droite du champs "nom du fichier"

[*]Quitte le Bloc Notes.

[*]Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le fichier ComboFix.exe comme sur la capture

* suis les instructions

* Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaitre à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

* Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu avec un nouveau rapport Hijackthis

* Si le fichier n'apparait pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

j'ai tenter de suivre tes instructions, mais un new problème: quand je fais glisser SFCript sur COLaF.exe, on m'indique que je ne peux pas renommer combofix en COLaF, que je dois changer le nom, de préférence des caractères alphanumériques!! à la la, il faut de la patience.
