Bonjour,

 

j'ai un soucis avec mon pc , il rame , la souris perd sa sensibilité (obligé de faire des grands mouvements pour aller d'un endroit a un autre) des pubs intempestives apparaissent , le même virus revient assez souvent heureusement bloqué (enfin je pense) par Avast . J'ai voulu redémarrer en mode sans échec je me retrouve avec un page noire et au 4 coin de l'écran "mode sans echec" et plus rien !!

 

je ne sais plus quoi faire , pouvez m'aider a résoudre ce problème.

Bonsoir,

 

Téléchargez Toolbar-S&D sur le Bureau.

Si vous utilisez Spybot

Pour désactiver TeaTimer qui ne sert à rien et peut faire échouer une désinfection:!

Afficher d'abord le Mode Avancé dans SpyBot

->Options Avancées :

- >menu Mode, Mode Avancé.

Une colonne de menus apparaît dans la partie gauche :

- >cliquer sur Outils,

- >cliquer sur Résident,

Dans Résident :

- >décocher Résident "TeaTimer" pour le désactiver.

 

Lancez l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.

Redémarrez en mode sans échec

Double-cliquez sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.

Sélectionnez la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de votre choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.

Choisisssez l'option 1 (Recherche).

Patientez jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.

Postez le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

Relancez Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci. Tapez sur "2" et validez par"Entrée".

Ne fermez pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression !

Un rapport sera généré,

postez son contenu ici.

NOTE : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuyer simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.

Allez à l'onglet "Processus". Cliquez en haut à gauche sur Fichier ->"Exécuter..."

Tapez explorer et validez.

merci de ton aide

 

J'ai un gros probleme : je n'arrive pas a demarrer en mode sans echec , de plus dans ma betise j'ai executer msconfig et passer en mode minimal si bien fait que je ne peux meme plus revenir en mode normal

j'ai une belle page noir avec inscrit au 4 coin " mode sans echec"

Je n'ai aucun CD de vista ni SVG , impossible de trouver le fichier boot.ini pour virer ce qu'il faut , j'ai juste pour me sauver un second PC avec windows vista famil , si quelqu'un connait le fichier a modifier quel est le fichier qui remplace boot.ini

en 2 mots c'est pas la joie

j'ai resolu mon pb windows mais je ne peux pas redemarrer en mode sans echec donc difficile de generer un rapport Toolbar ou alors je peux mais en mode windows normal et le poster ici..

Pour rétablir le MSE:

 

Copier/coller ce qui suit dans le bloc notes,

sans ligne blanche au début.

Enregistrez sur le bureau sous regis.reg.

Sur Xp,Cliquez droit sur le fichier ->fusionner

Sur Vista, clic droit -> Ouvrir avec -> Editeur de registre

Acceptez la modification du Régistre:

j'ai fait mais:

 

Impossible d'importer c:\users\family\desktop\regis.reg: le fichier n'est pas un script du registre

vous pouvez uniquement importer des fichiers du registre binaires a partir de l'editeur du registre.

Très clairement , vous avez fait une erreur.

 

Les plus courantes:

Vous avez laissé une ligne blanche AVANT Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

Vous n'avez pas laissé une ligne blanche APRES

Vous avez mal nommé le fichier regis.reg: par exemple regis.txt.reg

 

Recommencez attentivement.

Bonjour,

 

Effectivement j'avais mal copier/coller (oubli de la première ligne Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00)

 

par contre maintenant j'ai ce message:

 

impossible d'importer c:\users\family\desktop\regis.reg : toutes les donnes n'ont pas été inscrites correctement dans le registre.Certaines clés sont ouvertes par le système ou d'autre processus.

 

J'ai supprimé Avast et installé Antivir celui ci a détecté et supprimer un bon nombre de virus oublié par Avast , malheureusement je n'ai toujours pas accès au mode sans échec ( ecran noir avec au 4 coins écrit mode sans échec)

Bonjour,

 

Désactiver l'UAC

Pour désactiver l'UAC, ouvrez le panneau de configuration puis cliquez en haut à droite sur Comptes d'utilisateurs

Dans Comptes d'utilisateurs, cliquez sur la dernière option Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs

Décochez l'option, Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger le système

Une popup s'ouvre alors pour vous demander de redémarrer l'ordinateur, cliquez alors sur Redémarrer maintenant

 

relancez la procédure

 

Il faudra réactiver l'UAC afin de protéger votre ordinateur après la procédure en cours.

Pour cela, recocher l'option Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger le système
