Bonsoir,

 

Antivir (à jour) ne vient pas à bout de 2 trojans : Crypt.ZPACK.Gen et TR/Dropper.Gen. Impossible de s'en débarrasser.

 

Pourriez vous m'aider s'il vous plait ?

Quelques liens pour t'aider à commencer :

 

On va voir ensemble ce qui se passe sur ton PC ; comme tous les intervenants ici, nous aidons bénévolement en fonction de nos activités personnelles. On va essayer d'aller au plus vite, mais il faudra peut-être parfois être patient pour attendre une réponse, pas d'affolement :P

 

 

Désactive Antivir pour la suite de la manipulation, il va gêner l'outil et empêcher son bon fonctionnement. Note pour les lecteurs : l'outil ComboFix que l'on utilise est un outil puissant qui ne doit pas être utilisé seul si vous ne le connaissez pas.

 

Télécharge Combofix depuis l'un des liens ci-dessous. Tu dois le renommer avant de l'enregistrer. Enregistre-le sur ton Bureau. Si tu ne le renommes pas avant de l'enregistrer, l'infection risque de l'empêcher de fonctionner.

On poursuit. Il n'y a pas trop de travail, car Antivir avait bien travaillé en amont visiblement.

 

Télécharge CFScript.txt et enregistre le sur ton bureau.

  • Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le fichier ComboFix.exe comme sur la capture
     
    CFScriptB-4.gif
  • Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître, valide.
  • Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!
    Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.
  • Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.
  • Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

 

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)

  • Double clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
  • Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", clique sur le bouton "Recherche de mise à jour": si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter, accepte.
  • Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet "Recherche".
  • Branche tes supports amovibles (clés USB, lecteurs MP3, cartes Flash, etc.) sans les ouvrir.
  • Sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet"
  • Clique sur "Rechercher"
  • L'analyse démarre.
  • A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :
    L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Clique sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
    Clique sur "Ok" pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
  • Ferme tes navigateurs.
  • Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
    Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
  • MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport et poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.

Bien, bon travail Traxor :P

 

Comme tu peux le constater, MBAM a traité la quarantaine de ComboFix ainsi que des éléments infectieux révélés dans tes points de restauration.

 

Renouvelle à présent une analyse Antivir, et poste moi le rapport associé, afin de confirmer que tout va bien à présent. Si tout roule, je te fais désinstaller les outils utilisés :P

Dans le doute, à la fin de l'analyse, je n'ai pas cliqué sur Tout réparer. :P

Dans le doute, à la fin de l'analyse, je n'ai pas cliqué sur Tout réparer.
Tu as bien fait. C'est l'outil ComboFix qui a été détecté, pas de soucis donc.

 

Pour procéder à sa désinstallation, rends toi dans ton Menu Démarrer > Exécuter et copie-colle : combofix /u

Puis valide.

 

Supprime ensuite les fichiers et répertoires suivants si encore présents :

  • c:\Qoobox
    c:\documents and settings\Richie\Bureau\Combo-Fix.exe
    c:\documents and settings\Richie\Bureau\CFScript.txt
    c:\ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt
    c:\ComboFix2.txt
    c:\ComboFix.txt

Vide ta Corbeille ensuite.

 

Je t'ai fait télécharger MBAM : je te suggère de le conserver. Dans sa version gratuite, il ne possède pas de modules résidents (donc pas de conflits avec les outils déjà présents), mais tu peux continuer à le mettre à jour et à effectuer des analyses ponctuellement à des fins de contrôle. Si tu ne souhaites pas le conserver, tu peux le désinstaller via ton Panneau Ajout/Suppression de programmes.

Cela y est, c'est nettoyé, merci Gof :P

 

Une petite question concernant MBAM :

Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

Puis je le faire de moi-même sans consulter des experts comme ici ?

Dois je désactiver la restauration système ?
