Bonjour, cela fait une semaine que je me bagarre avec un logiciel de désinfection , il s'appelait d'abord system security , puis doctor malware, et se lançait sans que je lui demande, çpour scanner mon ordi .

J'ai désinfecté avec avast, bit defender en ligne , en mode sans echec , en renommant et supprimant ses fichiers .exe et d'autres.

Les derniers que j'ai trouvés sont dans c:/documents and setting/all users/application data/1163921

et 91649206 j'ai renommé ces dossiers car j'aimerais ce coup ci les supprimer proprement.

Apparement il n' y a plus rien , mais mon ordi a certains symptomes comme par exemple une grande difficultée à donner la liste des applications avec cccleaner , et il se connecte tout seul !

Merci à ceux ou celles qui pourraient m'aider.

Si jamais tu as besoin de quelques infos ou dun peu d'aide pour retrouver tes posts :

Clique sur ce lien pour télécharger HijackThis 2.0.2 :

Remplace ta version par celle là pour les prochains rapports HijackThis, la tienne est obsolète.

 

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)

 

  • Double clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
  • Dans l'onglet "Mise à jour", clique sur le bouton "Recherche de mise à jour": si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter, accepte.
  • Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet "Recherche".
  • Sélectionne "Exécuter un examen rapide"
  • Clique sur "Rechercher"
  • L'analyse démarre.
  • A la fin de l'analyse (mais ce n'est pas fini), un message s'affiche :
    L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Clique sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
    Clique sur "Ok" pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi. N'oublie pas la suite. :P
  • Ferme tes navigateurs.
  • Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
    Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
  • MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport et poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.

 

NB : Si MBAM te demande à redémarrer, fais-le.

Bien , j'ai eu des pbs pour me reconnecter avec mot de passe ..

J'ai téléchargé Malwarebytes et il a l'air très efficace, 113 pbs trouvés, alors que j'avais déja passé Avast , Bit defender , et le premier effet très positif, il a débloqué Avira Antivir qui refusait de fonctionner, je l'ai lancé et il a trouvé un pb sur program file/Internet explorer/connection wizard/icwsetup.exe , cela fait longtemps que je soupçonne cet exécutable , alors je lui ai demandé aussi de supprimer ..

 

Plus de connection intempestive à Internet, plus d'apparition de ce logiciel malveillant Malware doctor ...je me méfie un peu , car il a l'air corriace.

Je te conseille de changer d'antivirus. Avast est devenu une passoire et laisse passer tous les gros trucs, + les trucs récents (dommage).

Antivir est tout aussi gratuit (disponible en français maintenant) et surtout bien plus efficace.

Tu peux désinstaller avast par le panneau de configuration / ajout-suppression de programmes.

Si ça ne marche pas bien, il y a aussi (au cas où mais normalement pas besoin) cet utilitaire officiel :

Au besoin en mode sans échec, si ça rouspète.

Voilà, impeccable, plus de symptomes, je crois que le gros était icwsetup.exe dans connection wizard , c'est antivir qui l'a trouvé après le passage de malwares bytes .. Antivir ne voulait pas fonctionner avant le passage de ce dernier , les 2 , avec votre aide ont donc été très efficaces .merci .Problème résolu !!

Je garde antivir , et avast aussi , car il m'a pas mal aidé pour aller chercher ou au moins signaler un pb dans c/system volume information, alors que le log de wanadoo securitoo ne pouvait y rentrer , il fonctionne aussi en mode sans échec alors que sécuritoo ne fonctionnait pas dans ce mode (c'est un comble pour un antivirus)

Ps : la notification par courriel n'a pas l'air de fonctionner

Avast est totalementr à la traîne sur les dernières infections, et garder 2 antivirus ensemble est une ineptie. Il ne faut pas faire cohabiter deux logiciels résidents (avec un module chargé en mémoire) dévolus aux mêmes tâches. Sans cela, chaque fichier est analysé (donc indisponible quelques moments) par deux programmes au lieu d'un, ta machine se trouve ralentie pour rien.

 

Supprime Avast, outre son inefficacité chronique, il alourdit ta machine pour rien. :P

 

Securitoo est une version pour les FAI (à 5 euros par mois) de F-Secure, idem, on peut trouver mieux, plus léger, et gratuit. :P

Petit pb sur ce forum, dirait-on, pas de notification par courriel , alors que la case est cochée, j'avais posté une réponse qui n'est plus là !

Je disais que je pouvais garder avast étant donné que j'ai enlevé la protection résidente .C'est un très bon logiciel qui fonctionne quand la machine est à l'agonie, alors que beaucoup de ses concurents ne fonctionnent pas sous le feu..Alors il laisse passer des trucs, la preuve ....

Les processus restent actifs (on le voit dans le rapport) et consomment des ressources. Antivir fonctionne aussi sous le feu. :P

Au risque de paraître têtu, dans le rapport, effectivement Avast était activé en résident ...Il ne l'est plus maintenant .

 

Puis Antivir n'a pas voulu fonctionner , même en mode sans echec quand le pc était infecté , alors que je me souviens d'avoir pu mettre Avast sur des pc à l'agonie , et Avast lance un scan au démarrage, ce qui est super pour des pc très infectés .je ne sais pas si Antivir le propose.

Croyez -moi , surtout pour ce qui est de la sécurité , mieux vaut 2 ou 3 boucliers à condition bien sûr qu'ils ne se neutralisent l'un l'autre . Apparement ce n'est pas le cas.

J'ai gardé aussi Malwarebytes qui s'est révélé redoutable.

S'il est possible de garder ces 3, pour l'instant je le ferai, car j'aime bien avoir tout en double .J'ai IE et Mozilla, chacun a ses avantages , pour monter des films , il ne faut pas trop de 2 logiciels : Roxio et Magix, ce dernier est super, mais il ne traite pas les fichiers divx ou certains avi ; il ne prend pas en charge ma carte d'acquisition (enregistrer la télé par exemple), Roxio, moins performant, fait tout ça très bien.

 

Quand je bosse sur un montage , et besoin de toutes les ressources, je désactive mes antivirus , ferme tout !

 

En Français , il doit y avoir une dizaine de mots pour dire têtu : opiniatre , buté , entêté , obstiné, tenace , persévérant, acharné ,patient, ferme, coriace, résolu ,ancré...

Oki, mais ça n'empêche pas qu'il est actif en mémoire (même si le module résident est désactivé : la désactivation de la fonction de scan ne décharge pas l'antivirus de la liste des processus qui tournent.

 

Avast est vraiment devenu mauvais, depuis des mois. Je t'épargne la lecture de centaines de posts, mais si tu veux, je te passe les liens (ici et sur d'autres sites).

Un antivirus doit être installé avant que le pc soit à l'agonie, c'est assez logique, et comme Avast ne voit pas grand chose, il ne s'est pas plaint.

Promis, et tu peux me croire également, pour ce qui est de la sécurité et d'Avast. :P

Sur le principe de la non neutralisation, oui, mais garder des relicats d'Avast, juste pour son moteur de scan ne me semble pas pertinent, dans la mesure où ses bases de données ne sont pas actualisés convenablement, et négligent la plupart des nouvelles menaces, en temps et en heure, malheureusement.

Et la mémoire de moitié ? (vieille provoc, mais bon) :P

Moi aussi, mais le cas d'un navigateur ou 50 logiciels de retouche, ça ne pose pas de problème, ils n'ont pas de drivers inscrits et chargés en permanence, de services et processus résidents, ceux là tu peux les cumuler tranquillement, sauf logiciel évolué installant de services par exemple (rare dans le cas de logiciels de retouche, pour l'exemple).

 

tu gardes ce que tu veux, de toute façon, tu es devant ta machine, la souris en main, mais tu me dirais encore Kaspersky, + un antivir désactivé, cela aurait à la rigueur plus de sens que ce cher Avast, qui est en plus la lanterne rouge des Antivirus.
