rkill ne répond toujours pas

Il ne répond jamais.Il désactive des malwares qui bloquent Mbam ou Hijackthis(entre autres)

Téléchargez Random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegardez-le sur le Bureau.

 

Double-cliquez sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

* Cliquez Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

* Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le télécharge et vous acceptez la licence.

* L'analyse terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.:

Poster le contenu de log.txt (qui sera affiché)

ainsi que de info.txt (qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

* Si ces deux rapports n'apparaissent pas, vous les trouverez dans le dossier C:\rsit

Si les rapports sont trop lourds, postez les en plusieurs fois

Je lance les procédures tout de suite. Pour ce qui est de l'écran noir, c'est que toute les icones du bureau ont disparu mais les fenêtres apparaissent quand je les ouvre avec les gestionnaire des tâches, je peux même me connecter sur l'internet.

Cocher "Afficher les dossiers cachés"

Décocher" Masquer les extension des fichiers dont le type est connus "ainsi que "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d exploitation"

--> un message dit que cela peut endommager le système, ne pas en tenir compte, valider par oui.

Démarrer/Exécuter, successivement

regsvr32 /i shdocvw

regsvr32 -u shmedia.dll

valider

Redémarrez

 

ensuite

 

 

regsvr32 /u shmedia.dll /s

regsvr32 /i browseui.dll /s

regsvr32 /i shell32.dll /s

 

Si vous avez encore l'écran noir,

Allez dans le gestionnaire de tâches

Clic droit sur explorer.exe

Terminer le processus

 

puis Fichier->Nouvelle tâche->Explorer.exe

validez.

 

Rendez vous à cette addresse:

 

Cliquez sur parcourir pour trouver ce fichier:

C:\Windows\system32\87da34.exe

et cliquez sur "envoyer le fichier"

Copiez /collez la réponse dans votre prochain message.

Vous devez désactiver la protection en temps réel de votre Antivirus qui peut considérer certains composants de ce logiciel comme néfastes.

Si vous utilisez Spybot

Pour désactiver TeaTimer qui ne set à rien et peut faire échouer une désinfection:!

Afficher d'abord le Mode Avancé dans SpyBot

->Options Avancées :

- >menu Mode, Mode Avancé.

Une colonne de menus apparaît dans la partie gauche :

- >cliquer sur Outils,

- >décocher Résident "TeaTimer" pour le désactiver.

Il ne nécessite aucune installation.

- Il peut être lancé depuis n'importe quelle unité de disque.

J'ai fait ce qu'il fallait pour cocher et décocher mais je n'ai pas réussi à lancer les fichiers. Windows m'affiche que le module a été trouvé mais que le point d'entrée du dllRegisterServer(?) n'a pas été trouvé. Il me demande de vérifier que le fichier OCX ou DLL est valide

Je note aussi que dès que je décoche "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d exploitation", le PC reconnait l'ordre mais 2 secondes après, il se recoche. Est-ce dû au virus?
