Bonjour à tous les Zébuloniens (et Zébuloniennes )!

 

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens sur ce site et la première fois, j'avais été magnifiquement reçu mais surtout magnifiquement aidé! C'est pour cela que je réitère une demande mais cette fois-ci pour mon ordinateur portable.

 

Voila depuis quelques jours, lorsque j'allume mon ordinateur, je vois ce message-ci.

Dès fois cela me pixelise mon écran. Je ne sais pas si c'est grave ou pas...

 

De plus, de nombreux logiciels inconnus sont dans mon ordinateur. Je faisais le grand vide et j'ai désinstallé mon antivirus car j'avais AVG mais à chaque fois mon ordinateur m'indiquait qu'il ne marchait pas.

Bonjour Charlie

 

Vérifie si ça ne viendrait pas d'un logiciel de gravure genre Nero qui pourrait rentrer en conflit avec un autre logiciel.

Fait un Msconfig (démarrer, executer, msconfig et tu décoches Nero)

 

Vérifie aussi si tu n'as pas un virus dans l'ordinateur, passe aussi un anti spyware.

Nero n'est pas sur mon ordinateur. Je n'ai pas revu ce message lorsque je l'ai allumé ce matin mais par contre hier soir, mon ordinateur a redémarré 3 fois en l'espace de 10 minutes. L'écran se fige et se pixelise (un peu genre canal +). Je ne peux plus rien faire et il redémarre automatiquement. Je ne sais pas ce que c'est. (la il vient de me le faire).

Ca ne sent pas l'infection.

 

Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau. Cet outil va faire un état des lieux, lire la configuration, comme HijackThis, mais en plus détaillé.

• Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
  
• Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
  
• Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
  
• Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché) ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
  
• NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit
  Ca fait deux rapports donc. Comme ils sont longs, tu peux faire 2 réponses, une par rapport.

Il ne m'a rien installé sur mon ordinateur malgré que je n'ai pas HijackThis.

Il n'y a pas de bestiole en vue. L'antivirus ne semble pas là, par contre, il y a sans doute une réinstallation à faire.

 

Le problème de rundll est certainement d'ordre logiciel, sans bestiole.

J'ai réussit à faire un screen juste avant qu'il redémarre.

Ca ressemble à un problème graphique. Un redémarrage peut venir d'un écran bleu : par défaut, Windows redémarre à la place.

Essaie de mettre à jour les pilotes de ta carte graphique, dans un premier temps. Il faudra peut être faire d'autres vérifications, mais ce n'est pas viral.

Grace au site Tous les drivers.com, j'ai mis mes drivers à jour. Cependant le problème persiste. Je ne sais pas quoi faire.

 

Si tu peux me guider dans des modifications, ce serait cool.

Si ça redémarre tout seul ça peut être un problème d'alimentation, ou un écran bleu.

Dans "propriété du système", onglet "paramètres système avancés", ligne "démarrage et récupération" clique sur "paramètres" ensuite décoche la case "redémarrer automatiquement". En cas d'écran bleu ça affichera (note le type d'écran bleu et l'erreur), au lieu de redémarrer.
