Connexion impossible à Google / YouTube / Bing / Yahoo

Bonjour,

 

l'ordinateur ne veut plus afficher google, youtube et bing.. il est affiché que la page internet n'existe pas, oui est très très lent pour rien m'afficher...j'ai essayé google.at, et cela marche, je pense que j'ai une sorte de malware mais je ne sais pas comment l'éradiquer, et qui pourrait me perturber mes connexions sur internet explorer et me faire un peu le bazar sur mon ordinateur... :'(

 

j'ai fait comme le conseille certains forums, j'ai fait un log via hijackthis mais je suis incapable de savoir ce que je dois supprimer ou pas, et je n'ai pas envie de faire une bétise étant donné que c'est l'ordinateur familial;

POuvez vous m'aider à trouver les liens à supprimer? merci beaucoup par avance!

Double-clic sur OTM.exe pour le lancer.

Sous Vista,Clic droit sur le fichier ->Choisir Exécuter en tant qu' Administrateur

Revenez dans OTM,

Clic droit sur la fenêtre "Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved" sous la barre jaune et choisir Coller(Paste).

* Click le bouton rouge Moveit!

* Fermez OTM

Votre Pc va redémarrer.

Rendez vous dans le dossier C:\_OTM\MovedFiles ,

ouvrez le dernier fichier .log

Copiez/collez en le contenu dans votre prochaine réponse

Hijackthis ne vaut plus guère!

 

Lancez cet outil de diagnostic:

Téléchargez ZhpDiag de Coolman

Décompresser le fichier ZHPDiag.fix sur le bureau

puis double-cliquer sur le fichier ZHPDiag.exe pour installer l'outil

Sur le bureau ,il y aura 3 icônes

 

Sous XP, double clic sur ZhpDiag

Sous Vista/7, faire un clic droit et Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur

Clic sur la Loupe pour lancer le scan

En cas de blocage sur O80, cliquez sur le tournevis pour le décocher

Postez en le rapport ZhpDiag.txt qui apparait sur le bureau

Comment poster les rapports

Vous copiez/collez tout ou partie des rapports dans un ou plusieurs messages.

Autre solution:

Aller sur le site :Ci-Joint

Appuyez sur Parcourir et chercher les rapports sur le disque,

Ensuite appuyez sur Créer le lien CJoint,

une adresse http//.. sera créée

Copier /coller cette adresse dans votre prochain message.
