si tu veux de l'aide il faut donner plus de précisions : message du blue screen

Il faut aller plus bas dans la page puis cliquer sur le lien puis dans la page qui ouvre tu descends jusqu'à Crash Analysis Tools et tu choisis

 

la version free de Wocrashed
