Dans un premier temps supprimes tous les restes de Norton qui peuvent prêté à confusion.

Téléchargement et exécution de l'outil Norton Removal Tool pour désinstaller votre produit Norton

ensuite tes téléchargement sont supprimés par AVAST. as tu modifier des paramètres dans celui-ci?

OK je me lance dans l'opération,

 

Non je n'ai pas modifié AVAST mais l'on me conseille de déinstaller AVAST avec l'outil avast puis faire une réinstall. J'attends d'abord de faire votre procédure et d'avoir le retour sur les résultats.

Waouuuh, je viens de télécharger un .exe J'ai fait un test avec le pgm de deinstall d'AVAST; Je ne pouvais pas le récupérer sur mon PC et maintenant c'est OK.

Je ne sait pas si c'est le nettoyage de Norton ou la manip AVAST mais ca marche.

tout semble bien focnctionner mais je suis sur un salon et je ne l'utise pas pendant la journée.
