j'ai refait une analyse rapide avec antimalware... et il restait 2 infections:

qd je veux copier le rapport, ça ne donne rien, que des graffitis du genre au dessus :o(

impossible de localiser AVIRA; pourtant il est là car je fais un scan avec pour l'instant; je ne comprends pas:o(

désolé mais qd je fais ce que tu me dis, je n'arrive pas à ouvrir de fenêtre qui correspond à ce qui figure ds le lien que tu m'as indiqué pour désinstaller avira :o(

alors, j'ai réussi qd même à trouver où était avira et je l'ai désinstallé avec c cleaner !

et j'ai téléchargé AVG, gratui pdt uin mois!

dommage car avira me convenait bien avant mes problèmes d'échec de mise à jour:

en ts les cas, merci ppour tout

bizarre car AVIRA était bien sur ton pc.

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Avira

 

AVG est bien aussi.

 

Si tu penses après cela que tout va bien de ton coté.

 

* Télécharge << DelFix >>(d'Xplode) sur ton bureau.

* Lance le, puis coche les cases suivantes :

Supprimer les outils de désinfection

 

 

 

* Clique ensuite sur Exécuter puis patiente pendant le processus de suppression.

 

Puis valide ton post en résolu.
