[Résolu] Fonctionnalités souris et clavier

bonjour à tous,

 

je me dépeche d’écrire tant qu’il me reste des touches activées sur mon clavier. je suis infecté par un virus qui rend les fonctionnalités de ma souris et de mon clavier défectueuses (problème pour cliquer-déplacer, certaines touches de mon clavier son actuellement désactivées,...)

 

j’ai déjà eu ce problème auparavant, et une personne m’avait à l’époque aidé à me débarrasser de cette infection.

 

je me tourne donc vers vous pour un petit coup de main et me guider dans la procédure à suivre.

Télécharger Usb Fix sur le bureau

Installez le avec les paramètres par défault
Vous devez désactiver la protection en temps réel de votre Antivirus qui peut considérer certains composants de ce logiciel comme néfastes.
Pour cela, faites un clic droit sur l'icône de l'antivirus en bas à droite à côté de l'horloge puis Disable Guard ou Shield ou Résident...
Brancher les périphériques externes (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir
Si vous êtes sous Vistaésactiver L'UAC ,avant utilisation.

Faire un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Usbfix sur le bureau et choisir "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Lancer l' option Recherche
le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque .
Faites en un copier/coller dans le bloc notes pour le poster.

Ensuite,
Lancer l'option Suppression
Le bureau disparait et le pc redémarre
Patientez le temps du scan.
le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque
Faites en un copier/coller dans le bloc notes pour le poster.
Pour les rapports qui sont courts (ex. Malwarebytes, AD-R, USBFix, etc.), copiez/collez sur votre sujet

Pour vous éviter une infection ultérieure:
Lancer l' OptionVaccination



Pour Désinstaller UsbFix (après la désinfection)
Double clic sur le raccourci sur le bureau
Lancer l'option Désinstaller

j'ajoute que j'ai déjà fai à plusieurs reprises des scans ad aware malwarebtes mais sans succès. ad aware avait au premier scan détecté des infections que j'ai supprimées mais le problème persiste tout de meme...

Désinstallez AdAware totalement dépassé.

 

Suivez cette procédure, entièrement:

 

Réparer Windows avec Windows Repair (All in One)

Lorsque vous parviendrez à cette étape "Start Repairs"
Cliquer Select all
N'oubliez pas de cocher l'option "Restart/Shutdown pc when finished"
cliquer sur "Start" à droite.

Ok mais il est indiqué que je dois lancer la réparation uniquement si je suis sur de ne pas etre infecté par un virus... je peux tout de meme lancer?

Lancez cet outil de diagnostic:

Téchargement de Zhpdiag
Autre lien en cas de défaiillance du précédent

Double-cliquer sur ZHPDiag.exe pour installer l'outil
Il devrait y avoir 2 icônes sur le bureau ou dans le fichier d'installation de Zhpdiag.



Sous XP, double clic sur l'icône ZhpDiag
Sous Vista et +, faire un clic droit et Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur

Cliquez sur le bouton Complet

Patientez quelques instants
Le rapport ZhpDiag.txt apparaitra sur le bureau


Comment poster les rapports
Aller sur le site :Ci-Joint
Appuyez sur Parcourir et chercher les rapports sur le bureau
Cliquer sur Ouvrir
Cliquer sur Créer le lien CJoint,
>> dans la page suivante --> ,,
une adresse http//.. sera créée
Copier /coller cette adresse dans votre prochain message.

je viens de faire une analse ZHP (car une autre personne que vous tente de m'aider en parallèle). Aucune infection n'est détectée.

 

j'ai donc lancé la réparation comme demandé mais mon problème est toujours bien présent...

C'est mieux de le dire que de le faire mais je m'arrête là car, faute de les connaitre,je ne prends pas le risque de vous proposer des procédures différentes qui pourraient vous nuire
