[Résolu] Écran bleu + plantage Google Chrome

Salut à tous,

j'ai, depuis qq jours (suite à mise à jour W7 ?) très régulièrement des écran bleus sur mon PC. J'observe ceci tout particulièrement quand je vais sur internet, ou que je lance des téléchargements. Dans le même temps, Google chrome, qui est mon navigateur par défaut, s'ouvre, mais semble inactif (j'ai accès au boutons, mais au final, rien de se passe si ce n'est la petite montre qui tourne en permanence). La messagerie marche, ainsi que l'accès à mon disque réseau. mais si j'utilise le navigateur...ca crashe rapidement

J'ai pensé être infecté par un virus ou autre, j'ai donc fait un scan avec AntiVir, Spybot, MBAM, MBAR. J'ai rien trouvé de probant.

Le dernier écran bleu me donnait l'erreur 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA800836A4D0? 0xFFFFFA800A836A9B0? 0xFFFFF8000397B270).

 

J'ai essayé de restaurer Windows à la date la plus ancienne présente sur mon PC, et j'ai obtenu un...écran bleu

 

Heureusement, sans que je comprenne pourquoi, le PC a redemarré (mais toujours avec le même pb)

Ma config : HP probook 4730s + win7 pro

Je penche maintenant vers un pb matériel (carte réseau?), mais sans en être sûr. Si quelqu'un peut m'aider, ce ne serait pa de refus...

Installer le logiciel et une fois installé cliquez sur Analyse

. Si tu as une anomalie mets-le rapport ici.

Salut et merci de prendre le temps de m'aider.

 

J'ai installé whocrashed, et je pense du coup avoir résolu mon problème. Je colle quand même le rapport plus bas, mais en cliquant sur le lien igdpmd64.sys, je suis tombé sur des pages traitant d'un pb d'écran bleu sur HP...Ca conseillait de desinstaller la MàJ Windows KB2670838. Je l'ai fait, et effectivement, ca a l'air de remarcher correctement. Ce que je ne comprends pas, c'est que cette MàJ date d'octobre 2013...Sans doute un confit avec une MàJ plus récente...

 

ps:J'ai aussi checké le driver de ma carte graphique intel, il semble à jour.
