Bonjour , 

Bonnes années a tous . 

J ai un pb windows microsoft ne répond pas = ordi très très  lent depuis ce matin , les fenêtres ont du mal à s'ouvrir . J ai fait ac cleaner ...., 

Pouvez vous m'aider à rétablir tout cela?

Bonjour isula,

Bonne année à toi également ! :-)

Nous allons vérifier les logiciels installés, ainsi que ceux lancés automatiquement au démarrage :

  • Ouvre CCleaner et va dans Outils > Désinstallation de programmes > Enregistrer dans un fichier (en bas à droite) : poste ce fichier dans ta prochaine réponse
  • Toujours dans CCleaner, va dans Outils > Démarrage > Enregistrer dans un fichier (en bas à droite) : poste également ce fichier dans ta prochaine réponse

Ensuite, fais ceci :

  • redémarre ton PC, ouvre Windows Update > clique sur Rechercher des msies à jour > installe l'ensemble des mises à jour proposées
  • redémarre à nouveau ton PC
  • vérifie le comportement du PC : y a-t-il une amélioration ?

Tout est fait et le pc fonctionne bien.

Merci  😉.

j ai fait mise a jour Windows update ,mais la il y a noté " erreur rencontrée" que je n arrive pas a sortir .lorsque je vais dans résolution pb je ne trouve windows update .

En fait il y a le sigle pause que je ne peux pas supprimer .
