[Résolu] Désinstallation de Java Sun

Bonjour, j'ai énormément de problèmes à désinstaller la machine virtuelle Java Sun, en fait elle n'apparait plus dans la liste "ajout suppression de prg" mais quand je tente de me connecter sur le site de la française des jeux (qui demande l'exclusivité avec la VM de Microsoft), une fenêtre s'ouvre car Sun est toiujours reconnue.

Je pense qu'il reste des clés dans le registre mais comment les trouver ?

J'ai essayé JV16, tweak xp rien à faire, le site me refuse toujours l'accès car la machine virtuelle java sun est reconnue...?...

1. You downloaded and installed Sun's JVM, or an application you installed on your computer, installed Sun's JVM.  Sun's JVM "plugged in" to Internet Explorer and is preventing See You Again Screen Saver™ from loading properly.  You can confirm this is the case by hitting your START button, selecting "Programs", and looking for "Java 2 Runtime Environment" or "Java Web Start".  To detach Sun's JVM from Internet Explorer do one of the following (note: we recommending trying option "a" first):

 

a. Detach Sun's JVM from Internet Explorer so Microsoft's VM is reactivated. Go to Control Panel by clicking your "START" button, selecting "Settings", then "Control Panel".  Double-click on "Java Plug-In". Select the "Browser" tab and uncheck the box for "Microsoft Internet Explorer".  Press the "Apply" button.  If Internet Explorer is open you must first shut it down and then reopen it for the changes to take effect.  Then try downloading See You Again Screen Saver™ again and you should see the security box appear.

 

b. Uninstall Sun's JVM from your computer so Microsoft's VM is reactivated. Go to Control Panel by clicking your "START" button, selecting "Settings", then "Control Panel". Double-click on "Add/Remove Programs". Select "Java 2 Runtime Environment" and click the "Add/Remove" button.  It will ask: "Do you want to completely remove the selected application and all its components?" Press the "OK" button. Sun's JVM should uninstall completely. If Internet Explorer is open you must first shut it down and then reopen it for the changes to take effect.  Then try downloading See You Again Screen Saver™ again and you should see the security box appear.

 

2. The security setting in your web browser is set to "HIGH" (in which case the browser will never download the application) or set to "LOW" (in which case the browser will automatically accept the application without the security certificate). The security certificate appears when the browser is set to the default of "MEDIUM." In Internet Explorer, to check your security setting go to Tools / Internet Options / and click on the Security tab. Make sure the security level is set to "MEDIUM."

3. You have anti-virus software installed on your computer that is automatically blocking See You Again Screen Saver™ from downloading. Temporarily shut down your anti-virus software and try downloading See You Again Screen Saver™ again.

You can switch between the Sun Java™ Virtual Machine and the Microsoft VM. The Sun JVM can be enabled and disabled without having to uninstall it. Switching back and forth between these Virtual Machines can be done through the Advanced tab in your Windows Internet Options Control Panel, OR by using the Java™ Control Panel.  Hint: it's good to check both places.

 

Instructions for switching between the Sun JVM and Microsoft VM using Internet Options:

Open Control Panel by clicking Start->Settings->Control Panel

Open the Internet Options window by double clicking Internet Options

Click the Advanced Tab

Find the "Java (Sun)" item and check or uncheck the checkbox which says

"Use Java 2 v 1.4.x for applet (requires restart)"

Check or uncheck the box next to Microsoft VM

Save your changes by clicking the OK button

Restart the browser

 

Instructions for switching between the Sun JVM and Microsoft VM using the Java Control Panel:

Open the Windows Control Panel by clicking Start->Settings->Control Panel

Open the Java Control Panel by double clicking the icon labeled "Java Plug-in"

In the Java Control Panel, click the Browser Tab

Under the Browser Tab you will see checkboxes next to installed Web browsers.

Check or uncheck the checkbox next to the Web browser you want enable or disable from using the Sun JVM

Click the Apply button to save your settings

Je pense que la meilleure procédure est de contacter le webmaster de ce "site" pour qu'il fasse quelque chose de corect, car du java ms ce n'est pas du java, d'ailleur il me semble que la machine java ms n'est plus supportée par ce dernier et que son dev est arrété.

Correct - Sun a fait un procès à MS et a gagné. Microsoft n'a plus le droit de citer Java ni de livrer cette machine virtuelle avec ses OS. Comme, en plus, ils n'ont pas l'intention de fournir une JVM Sun (autant que l'envie de livrer RealPlayer ou QuickTime Player), c'est la merde.

Aux evrnières nouvelles, ils bradaient Visual J++ parce que c'était devenu sans aucune valeur

 

Depuis, ils se sont bien rattrapés. Ils ont changé les mots-clefs de leur langage et l'ont baptisé C# ! Comme ça plus aucun rapport avec Java (enfin... presque...)

Correct - Sun a fait un procès à MS et a gagné. Microsoft n'a plus le droit de citer Java ni de livrer cette machine virtuelle avec ses OS. Comme, en plus, ils n'ont pas l'intention de fournir une JVM Sun (autant que l'envie de livrer RealPlayer ou QuickTime Player), c'est la merde.

Il continuent cependant à distribuer leur machine java il me semble ? S'il n'en distribuait aucune ce serait mieux, tout le monde prendrait celle de SUN ... et les problèmes seraient réglés.

C'est tout bon pour SUN alors, quoi que le nombre de site utilisant JAVA me semble de plus en plus faible ...
