Au fait j'ai fais une analyse du fameux fichier ied avec le le viruscan de jotti et j'ai obtenu le relevé suivant. Ce fichier que Norton n'arrive pas à éradiquer est vraiment très infecté ! J'ai déjà eu envie de l'effacer à la place de Norton mais c'est sûrement la bétise à ne pas faire !

Sur ton dernier rapport il y a un fichier douteux :

C:\WINDOWS\helper.exe. Il peut s agir d un fichier légitime d un programme ( LIUtilities). As tu ce programme??

 

Sur le doute on va le renommer et le rendre inactif. Renomme donc ce fichier C:\WINDOWS\system32\helper.exe en helper-exe.anc (clic droit sur le nom du fichier / renommer).

Essaye de le supprimer en mode normal, si tu n y arrives pas, efface le en mode sans échec.
