Salut Christophebey,

 

D'après ce que j'ai pu voir, tu as grandement besoin de faire un bon formatage, ou bien faire un nettoyage complet de ta base de registre avec Ccleaner www.ccleaner.com C'est un utilitaire gratuit.

 

Essaye par contre de ne pas mettre trop de modules antivirus, spyware... Un bon antivirus et pare-feu suffisent (Kaspersky internet security 7 ou Bitdefender internet security 2008).

Bonjour christophebey et lolobxl :P

 

Pourquoi parles tu de formatage nécessaire lolobxl ?

 

Suis les instructions suivantes christophebey.

 

 

  • Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
  • Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau.

Imprime ou sauvegarde ces instructions dans un fichier texte de manière à pouvoir les consulter en mode sans échec.Tu peux également enregistrer cette page à partir de ton navigateur (fichier>enregistrer sous) de sorte de conserver la mise en page

 

 

Redémarre en mode sans échec :

(En mode sans échec : seul les processus systèmes sont lancés il est donc plus facile de supprimer ce qui est infecté.) C'est un mode de diagnostic et de débuggage de Windows, il est normal que cela mette du temps à démarrer et que l'affichage soit différent.

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé,

Il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, tapote par alternance les touches [F8] et [F5] jusqu’à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows. Sélectionner "Mode sans échec"et appuyer sur [Entrée].Sélectionne ensuite ta session habituelle.

  • Double-clique ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme.

  • Pour internet explorer
    Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All
    Clique sur le bouton Empty Selected

  • Pour Firefox
    Sous l'onglet Firefox, choisis : Select All
    Clique le bouton Empty Selected
    NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.

  • Clique Exit, du menu prinicipal, afin de fermer le programme.

  • Lance AVG AS et clique sur Analyse
  • Puis sur l'onglets Puis l'onglet Paramètres, pour Comment réagir ? sélectionne Actions recommandées puis Quarantaine
  • Reviens a l'onglet Analyse et clique sur Analyse complète du système, le scan démarre
  • Si un fichier infecté a été détecté, en fin d'analyse clique sur Appliquer toutes les actions
  • Clique sur Enregistrer le rapport et pour finir Enregistrer le rapport sous, enregistre sur le Bureau

  • Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
  • Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
  • Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
  • Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
  • Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
  • Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
  • Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
  • Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.

  • Redémarre en mode normal.
  • Télécharge Blacklight (de F-Secure); clique sur "I ACCEPT" au bas de la page. Sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
    Double-clique fsbl.exe et accepte la licence; clique Scan puis Next
    Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport, sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).
    Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. NE PAS choisir l'option "Rename".

  • Poste :

  • le rapport AVG AS
  • le rapport Blacklight
  • le rapport SDFIX
  • un nouveau log hijackthis

A plus tard. Prends le temps de bien lire tout ça, suis pas à pas les instructions.

Comment se comporte le pc après cela ?

 

Assure toi d'avoir l'accès aux fichiers et dossiers cachés.

Pour afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés du systéme :
  • Démarrer, Poste de travail ou autre dossier, Menu Outils -> Option des dossiers -> onglet Affichage :
  • Cocher la case : Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
  • Décocher la case : Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
  • Décocher la case : Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation
    ---> Répondre OUI à la demande de confirmation
  • Cliquer Appliquer puis OK

 

Et regarde si tu trouves ce fichier sur ton système :

  • c:\windows\system32\msdbgm.exe

Si oui, dis le moi, mais n'y touche pas.

 

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien : Navilog1

  • Enregistre la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
  • Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
  • Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
    (Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).
  • Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.
    Patiente jusqu'au message : *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
  • Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
  • Copie-colle l'intégralité dans ta prochaine réponse. Referme le bloc-notes.
    Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

bonjour gof

oui le fichier c:\windows\system32\msdbgm.exe existe bien sur mon pc et voici ce qe tu ma demande avec navilog1 en decochant les fichiers masqué

quand a mon pc soit il reboot d un coup quand je suis sur explorer soit UC est a 100% au bout d un certain temp de connexion

Rends toi sur ce lien : Virus Total

  • Clique sur Parcourir
  • Rends toi jusque sur ce fichier si tu le trouves :

  • c:\windows\system32\msdbgm.exe

  • Clique sur Envoyer le fichier et laisse travailler tant que "Situation actuelle : en cours d'analyse" est affiché.
  • Il est possible que le fichier soit mis en file d'attente en raison d'un grand nombre de demandes d'analyses. En ce cas, il te faudra patienter sans actualiser la page.
  • Lorsque l'analyse est terminée ("Situation actuelle: terminé"), clique sur Formaté
  • Une nouvelle fenêtre de ton navigateur va apparaître
  • Clique alors sur cette image : txtvt.jpg
  • Fais un clic droit sur la page, et choisis Sélectionner tout, puis copier
  • Enfin colle le résultat dans ta prochaine réponse.
    Note : Peu importe le résultat, il est important de me communiquer le résultat de toute l'analyse.

Il est possible que tes outils de sécurité réagissent à l'envoi du fichier, en ce cas il te faudra ignorer les alertes.
