Salut, Je lui ai indique par tel les methodes de nettoyage de tesgaz, mon amie a lance le scan en mode sans echec cette nuit et on doit poursuivre la methode. Mais je me dis que c est peine perdue vu qu a mon avis une fois en mode normal elle ne pourra ni lancer HJT ni me l envoyer par mail mais sait on jamais... Salut tout le monde, J ai une amie qui vient de m appeler toute catastrophée, son pc lui fait des siennes a nouveau! En fait, hier quand j etais chez elle, son pc ne s eteignait plus! J ai reussi a le relancer en l eteignant avec la tour et j ai installe zone alarm car pas de firewall, y avé antivir et j ai installe spywareblaster et nettoye la base de registre avec différents logiciels type ccleaner. Apres cela, ca tournait correctement dirons nous sauf que a chaque foi que j allume le caisson de basse la connexion internet plante!!!!! Quel rapport????? Et aujourd hui donc elle me rappelle, elle arrive a lancer le pc mais une fois qu elle clique sur internet explorer par exemple ou bien meme lecteur windows media ou panneau de config... y a plus rien qu y reagi et quand elle veut l eteindre par le menu demarrer ca ne fonctionne pas non plus!! J espere avoir ete clair, merci de votre aide rapide!!! @+
