BonjourJe remarque que mon PC est ralenti, avec de plus en plus de pubs qui s'affichent, de plus en plus de spams dans mes mails etc....A une époque j'utilisais Hijackthis pour faire un bilan complet de mon PC et le nettoyer.Quelles procédures m'indiqueriez-vous afin de faire un nettoyage complet de la machine? Enlever les malwares ou éventuelles logiciels "espions" (Logiciel gratuit je précise).En vous remerciant d'avance pour vos conseils.Cordialement

Bonjour à tous Voilà j'ai un PC équipé windows 7 installé chez mes beaux parents. Tout allait bien, jusqu'à ce qu'à un rallumage, Windows ne veuille plus démarrer. J'ai tout testé : mode sans échec, démarrage normal.... Rien n'y fait : on m'indique STOP C0000221 Unknown hard error System root/SYSTEM32/ntdll.dll J'ai cherché un peu partout sur le forum où l'on dit qu'il faut remplacer ce fichier endommagé. Mais vu que je n'ai accès à rien, comment faire pour remplacer le fichier défectueux. Help? Cordialement.

Bonjour à tous J'ai depuis peu un énorme souci. Lorsque je télécharge un fichier quel qu'il soit, le téléchargement se passe sans soucis, mais impossible d'ouvrir ce fichier. Exemple, sous Chrome, il m'écrit "échec, virus détecté"? Pareil sur IE. Quant à Firefox, je ne peux lire le fichier une fois téléchargé. J'ai essayé avec tout type de fichier à télécharger et impossible d'ouvrir. Même des fichiers très sérieux dont j'ai l'assurance à 100 % qu'ils n'ont rien (des docs officiels notamment). J'ai essayé de couper temporairement l'anti virus et le pare feu, rien n'y fait. Il y a quelques jours, une nouvelle version d'AVG a me semble t-il était installée. Peut être est-ce cela. Si vous avez des idées, hésitez pas! Cordialement

Y'a peut etre eu des problèmes passagers chezz SFR mais ce que je ne comprends pas, c'est que parfois ca marche nickel (genre vendredi ca remarchait), et aujourd'hui ca marche plus. C'est hyper aléatoire alors qu'il y a une semaine en arrière, j'arrivais à me connecter rapidement et sans problème. Est ce du à mes paramètres ou au réseau en lui même?

Bonjour, Voila, lorsque j'essaie de me connecter sur un hotspot (neuf ou mcdo), pas de problème pour la connexion au réseau. En revanche, sur Internet Explorer, je ne suis pas redirigé vers la page me permettant de rentrer mes identifiants (chez Neuf) ou m'avertissant des conditions d'utilisation (mcdo). Ca marchait très bien avant et là, ca me redirige plus. Quelqu'un connait-il l'adresse url à taper pour un hotspot neuf? Ou ai je des modifications à apporter quelque part? Merci d'avance

Re bonjour J'ai fait un simple et un hard reboot de ma box, j'ai tenté de changer la clé de cryptage mais rien n'y fait. J'arrive à me connceter au réseau en wifi avec un autre pc mais pas le mien (sachant que je connecte jamais les 2 en même temps puisque je n'ai pas considérré ma box en routeur). Avec mon pc, j'arrive a me connecter en ethernet. Mais par wifi tjs pas moyen. Tjs le même problème : connéxion au réseau est anormalement longue puis "impossible de se connecter en raison d'un délai d'attente". Quelqu'un a t-il la solution?

Bonjour à tous Voila, j'arrivais jusqu'à hier à me connecter en wifi à ma freebox sans problème via mon pc portable (carte réseau intégrée). Et depuis aujourd'hui, impossible de me connecter. Je clique sur mon réseau freebox (ma clé wep est rentrée automatiquement). La ca prend un temps fou, sans réussir à établie la connexion (ca m'affiche, la tentative de connexion est anormalement longue). Puis, j'ai le message impossible de se connecter délai d'attente expiré ou action de l'utilisateur. Ca signifie quoi? Je maitrise pas du tout le réseau! Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider?

Bonjour! Probleme important pour moi car il s'agit du pc de belle-maman! Je n'arrive plus à graver des fichiers photos sur cd. Au moment de les graver, le pc (sous xp) me dit qu'ils sont en lecture seule et donc impossible à copier. Lorsque je clique sur propriétés, effectivement l'ensemble des photos du dossier sont en lecture seule! Et si je les décoche, ils se recochent automatiquement! J'ai eu beau redémarrer le pc etc...impossible de copier ces fameuses photos qui restent désespérement en lecture seule! Dans les options du dossier, j'ai eu beau décocher l'attribut lecture seule pour TOUS les fichiers, rien n'y fait! Quelqu'un a t-il une solution pour me sortir de cette situation? Merci d'avance!

Oui, tu dis d'utiliser acer erecovery!!Mais je n'ai plus ce logiciel et je peux pas l'installer!C'était pour ca que je demandais de l'aide Pour répondre à une question plus haut, le graphique de l'utilisation de mon processeur (dans le gestionnaire des taches) montre d'énorme irrégularité (courbe avec d'énorme hauts et des bas). L'utilisation de la mémoire est autour de 600mo avec seulemnt iexplorer d'ouvert!
