non le probleme est que j'avais un PC d'u ami qui était infesté de plusieurs virus et Trojan...... Afin de m'en débarrasser j' ai supprimé la restauration puis j'ai basculé en mode sans echec puis passé antivir et Spybot & adaware... il en a supprimer une trentaine.... mais depusi je n'arrive pas à demarrer mon PC nomralement ..il se fige sur un ecran bleu juste avant d'afficher le bureau... En mode sans echec sur le compte courant , l'écran se fige également ....en fait je n'ai plus accès qu'au mode SANS ECHEC du compte administrateur ...rien d'autres ...

le PB c'est comment par la suite je vias pouvoir basculer en mode normal sans blocage.

merci Bruce lee de ta réponse mais j'ai galéré depuis ton message.... dans un premier temps ......je n'ai pas pu avoir accès au moda sans echec de la séssion vcourante .....l'ecran se fige sur un ecran noir juste avant l'affichage du breau.... j'ai donc démarré le mode sans echec administrateur ...le seul mode que je peux utiliser..... j'ai lancé antivir ....qui m'a trouvé 18 virus qu'il a détruit .... mais je ne peux toujours pas avoir accès ni au mode sans echec de la séssion courante ...ni au démarrage normal...... l'écran se fige juste avant l'affichage du bureau sur un ecran noir pour le mode sans echec ... sur un ecran bleu dans le démarrage normal..... A l'aide SVP..... Depuis plusieurs jours, j'ai un message d'erreur de AVAST , l'antivirus que j'utilise, à l'extinction de mon PC (Menu demarrer - arrêter le PC).... c'est une petite fenêtre qui appararait nommée "avast! removable medium" avec un message à l'interieur: " avast! detected that there is a removable medium inserted or attached to this computer. in order to properly log off and/or shut down pour computer, you need to remove it to avoid possible virus infection - OK" lorsque je cliques sur OK ....; le message disparait mais le PC ne s'étient pas .... je suis obligé de faire une extinction forcée en restant appuyer 5sec sur le bouton demarrer de mon PC.....
