je ne me moque de personne, j'ai installé SP1 avec un windows officiel, mais le SP2 (la c'est la cata). si je refais un autre post, c'est parce que le problème est différent qu'à l'origine.

Vous devez avoir au moins "service pack 1" installe pour windows xp" c'est ce que j'ai fais, le son fonctionnait, or le PC m'a affiché pleins de messages d'erreurs, du genre tel programme doit fermer, je ne pouvais plus aller sur le net donc j'ai formaté. Est-il possible de juste avoir l'élément de SP1 pour le son. j'ai vu sur le net qu'il fallait le fichier KB835221.exe, je l'ai téléchargé mais rien n'y fait. Pouvez-vous m'aider ? merci.

Bonjour, apparemment les USB en façade ne fonctionnent pas, lorsque j'y insère une clé USB par exemple il m'affiche "l'un des périphériques USB reliés à cet ordinateur a mal fonctionné et Windows ne le reconnait pas". J'ai été dans le BIOS, mais tous les USB (ceux de derrière) sont activés. J'ai voulu installé le service pack 2 de windows mais cela ne fonctionne pas.J'ai lu sur internet dans de nombreux forums que ca avait un rapport avec la carte mère. lorsque je refais un hijackthis O20 - Winlogon Notify: CSCSettings - C:\WINDOWS\system32\lv0o09d3e.dll a été remplacé par: O20 - Winlogon Notify: ShellCompatibility - C:\WINDOWS\system32\h02olaf31d2.dll et quand je veux supprimer lv0o09d3e.dll (ou h02olaf31d2.dll) il ne veut pas me le supprimer, meme en mode sans échec (NB: le logiciel AD-Aware l'avais détecté mais n'a pas réussi à le supprimé) le problème persiste toujours. je suis en train de faire le scan de kaspersky là...bientot le rapport je me suis informé sur winlogon (qui apparait dans les processus) Le processus winlogon.exe (winlogon signifiant Windows LogOn Process, en français ouverture de session Windows) est un processus générique de Windows NT/2000/XP servant à gérer l'ouverture et la fermeture des sessions. Le processus WinLogOn est également actif lors de l'ouverture de la fenêtre de sécurité Windows (appelée en appuyant simultanément sur les touches CTRL+ALT+SUPPR). Bonjour, quand je suis sur Mozilla, automatiquement, il me met sur des sites pour scanner mon PC etc... ca s'appele Errorsafe...et apparemment c'est un spyware en mode sans échec j'ai utilisé ewido securiy, il a détecté adware.look2me et la supprimé ensuite Norton Antivirus, il n'a rien détecté puis Microsoft anti spyware, rien non plus mais avec Spybot: Seach and Destroy, il a détecté et supprimé Double Click, ErrorSafe, Winfixer et Winsoftware. il n'y a pas de fichier layout ?! peut etre est ce normal, puisque tout a l heure un gars m'a dit (dans un chat) qu'il fallait supprimer tous les fichiers qui se trouvaient dans Prefetch mais rien n'a changé

bonsoir lorsque je me connecte sur internet, le sablier de la souris apparait et clignote sans cesse et lorsque que j'éteins mon PC, des messages d'erreurs apparaissent a cause de ces fichiers SHAR_LDM.EXE-0EB8FF7B.pf et CLBPCDLL.EXE-0C50CAF1.pf qui se situent dans le dossier Prefetch, j'ai beau les supprimer, les passer sous antivirus (norton et avast) le probleme persiste, pourriez vous m'aider ?
