Bonsoir. Le problème est résolu. Voici comment j'ai proécédé. J'ai utilisé un logiciel qui s'appelle Starter et qui permet de gérer facilement les logiciels qui sont lancés au démarrage ; je les ai donc tour à tour testé en les désactivant puis en les activant. J'ai ainsi identifié le le fichier qui provoquait l'ouverture du du dossier : il s'agissait de Synchronization Manager (D:\WINNT\system32\mobsync.exe). Je suppose que c'est un fichier système ; car lorsque j'ai redémarré, il y avait un nouveau Synchronization Manager apparaissant dans Starter, activé au démarage celui-là, à côté de celui qui avait été désactivé. De plus, les problèmes liés à mon navigateur (process qui continuait à tourner alors que j'avais quitté le logiciel) est aussi résolu. Il ne me reste qu'à ré-installer les drivers de ma carte son, pour lesquels je rencontre quelques difficultés, mais ce ci est une autre histoire. J'en profite pour remercier tous les contributeurs à ce fil : régis56, charles Ingals, did 71 et ipl001. Vos interventions étaient pertinentes, rapides et m'ont beaucoup aidé. Nat.

Bonjour Regis 56. Merci pour cette idée toute simple ; ça marche en effet : si le dossier n'existe plus, il se s'ouvre plus ; mais dès que je le recrée, il s'ouvre ! Bon, je n'ai qu'à changer le nom de ce dossier. Mais je vais quand même creuser un peu et faire quelques tests car j'ai remarqué que lorsque le dossier n'existe pas, Spyware Guard me demande de confirmer ma page de démarrage internet, alors que quand le dossier existe, il ne demande rien. Oui, à l'ouverture de la session, ce dossier s'ouvre tout seul ; lorsque je le ferme pendant le chargement, il s'ouvre de nouveau (en 2 exemplaires). Nat.

J'ai rencontré quelques difficultés pour appliquer tes recommandations : - Mesage d'erreur suivant en utilisant cmd : "‘sc’ n’est pas reconnu en tant que commande interne ou externe, un programme exécutable ou un fichier de commandes." ; je n'ai donc pas réussi à lancer cette opération. - Clean up : option Delete Prefetch files grisé non accessible. J'ai donc lancé Clean Up sans cette option cochée. Sinon, les autres opérations se sont bien passées. Néanmoins , les symptomes sont toujours présents.
