Le scan d'Ewido a trouvé 2 programmes high risk également. Voici un rapport. Bonjour à tous! ça fait un moment que je suis pas venu poster, mais c'est normal, la machina tourne très bien depuis un bon bout de temps..(merci Zeb-utility entre autres).. Bon, mon sujet d'aujourd'hui concerne donc la machina d'un pote. La carte mère c'est une P5W DH Deluxe de Asus, le système Windows XP Pro SP2. La carte mère possède 6 sorties USB à l'arrière, ce sont des normales, et 2 sorties USB 2.0 en façade. Sur une des sorties USB 1 est branché un HUB USB 4 sorties. Le problème concerne les sorties USB 2.0 qui ont pas l'air de fonctionner. Donc mon grand défi de tonight c'est d'essayer de trouver d'ou vient le problème.. Faut-il ouvrir des ports usb? faut-il installer des drivers? Parce qu'apparemment, le SP2 contient tous les drivers nickels pour que les sorties USB 2.0 fonctionnent.. Si vous avez quelques avis sur la question, n'hésitez pas, et s'il y a besoin de plus d'infos sur la config du PC, j'essaierai de fournir plus de renseignements. Merci à tous d'avance Bongoman

Bonsoir et merci, en effet, je viens de réussir à le virer par la procédure à partir du "removal" du site. Avec quelques problèmes au reboot mais au final ça fonctionne! Il faut donc parfois se fier aux procédures simples.. Merci encore!

Bonjour à tous, j'ai essayé plusieurs fois la procédure pour virer NORTON 2005 qui a été épinglée sur le forum sécurité mais ça n'est pas possible sur mon PC! Pourquoi? car, le SETUP de Symantec Norton n'apparaît tout simplement pas dans program files. Donc il est impossible d'engager la procédure de suppression comme il est indiqué.. inutile de préciser que via la commande "ajout suppression du programme" rien n'apparaît non plus.. (sinon je serai pas là à crier au secours !!) Donc concrètement Norton est bien planqué, comme un vieux ragondin qui se terre au fond de son terrier qui sent la bouse de chevreuil musqué. Non, sérieux je viens de faire une recherche sur le forum et pas le moindre post qui pourrait me donner les clés de ce mystère.. Et autre chose aussi, ne me dites pas de faire un scan avec Antivir parce que j'ai déjà essayé de l'installer et là c'est catastrophique comment ça a fait planter le PC (surement problème d'incompatibilité) mais j'ai été obligé de faire 2 restaurations partielles à partir du bios, et je suis passé à deux doigts.. vraiment .. de perdre des mois de boulots non sauvegardés sur ce PC. Donc si quelqu'un peut m'indiquer un protocole fiable, ça m'aiderait grandement! Merci d'avance ZEb, Bongoman

Bonjour, Bon, a priori mon pote a décidé de faire une restauration complète du système car ça devenait vraiment trop prise de tête de faire la moindre manipulation : (des fenêtres qui mettent 10 sec à se charger / des plantages réguliers + redémarrage / associés au fait que c'est une vielle machine). En clair, il était pas loin de la jeter dans le jardin pour y mettre le feu... Voilà, merci beaucoup pour ton aide, il y avait certainement des problèmes logiciels, mais selon lui, il manquait déjà au préalable des morceaux de Windows d'où le choix de cette solution radicale avant de s'occuper des malwares.. Bonjour Bruce Lee, excuse-moi pour une réponse plus que tardive, mais comme je m'occupais de l'ordi d'un pote, cela fait donc quinze jours que je n'ai pu travailler dessus et poursuivre les dernières procédures que tu avais indiquées. il a essayé en vain de lancer le scan Ewido mais n'a pu sauver de rapport car en mode sans échec il y a un problème d'affichage qui fait que les fenêtres sont trop grandes pour pouvoir attiendre certaines applications du scan! Et pour couronner le tout, il est impossible de modifier le paramétrage des fenêtres ou la résolution de l'écran.. A priori, les problèmes sur cet ordi ne font qu'empirer au niveau du démarrage qui devient quasi impossible 9 fois sur 10!! il doit également subsister des traces de malwares ou des souches depuis le temps.. Voilà j'aimerai qu'on reprenne un processus complet de nettoyage / désinfection parce qu'à force, ça commence à me taper sur le système cette histoire. Merci de ta bienveillance, et pour l'information j'ai posté un nouveau message dans la section Eradication malwares avec un nouveau rapport Hijackthis global. Encore merci par avance de ton aide.

Bonjour à tous, Je continue à éradiquer des malwares sur l'ordinateur d'un pote après 15 jours de pause, mais la machine est ultra coriace. Il y a plusieurs types de problèmes: 1) lancement des applications super ralenties 2) problème de plus en plus fréquent de démarrage (écran de boot bleu sans le bureau qui s'affiche quasiment 9 fois sur 10!!) 3) des périphériques audio qui ne sont plus reconnus une fois sur trente! 4) une présence de malwares assez difficiles à virer dont les souches semblent présentes et bien enracinées dans le système.. Bref là ça devient vraiment ingérable d'essayer de faire le moindre scan dessus, ça rame à mort j'ai jamais vu ça! Parallèlement il y a un problème d'affichage car on ne peut modifier la résolution de l'écran en mode sans échec (fenêtres trop grandes pour atteindre certaines applications) Voilà, je poste un rapport hijackthis global histoire de voir ou on est.. Bonjour à tous, j'ai commencé hier le nettoyage du PC d'un pote et après divers scans effectués sous Ad-aware Personal puis Antivir, j'ai pu dénicher pas mal de bestioles dont le malware coriace "Spyquake". Vss Cleaner a pu l'éradiquer. Après scan complet du système, la machine a l'air de moins ramer au démarrage et dans les applications. Je ne suis pas arrivé à voir si le trojan PCODEC a pu être viré grâce aux scans. D'autre part, je voulais savoir si un trojan pouvait désactiver une réception internet wi-fi car après ces diverses infections, il n'y avait plus de connexion du tout: une fenêtre s'affichait : "serveur introuvable". J'ai donc installé Kerio (que j'utilise moi-même et que je trouve très sûr), car il n'y avait pas de pare-feu avant..! Puis j'ai réactivé les pilotes de réception wi-fi et la connexion a repris. voilà, merci d'avance si vous avez des renseignements sur cette histoire...

Bonjour, Après quelques heures de test, je trouve Kerio très satisfaisant, je crois bien que je vais l'adopter ce petit. Avez-vous quelques conseils à me prodiguer pour que je débute bien avec cet outil? Thanks a lot.

Houlà, et ben c'est un joyeux désordre pour désinstaller ce pare-feu que je croyais simple d'utilisation. Je vois que je suis loin d'être le seul à avoir eu des ennuis style "Antivir qui s'arrête", "plus de messagerie outlook".. Parfois je me demande à quoi sert l'onglet "ajout / suppression des programmes".. Cette fois-ci l'urgence a pris le dessus face à l'aliénation récente de Zone Labs: Kerio en test. Bonjour, alors j'avais la dernière version de ZA, j'avais fait une mise à jour de l'avant-dernière version. Mais en ayant regardé sur le forum, j'ai lu un post sur une probable incompatibilité entre ZA et Antivir, et effectivement, c'est à partir de moment où j'ai installé la dernière mise à jour de ZA que Antivir voulait plus fonctionner... ----- Sinon, j'utilise ce soft depuis 6 / 7 mois et j'ai jamais eu de problème. Cela peut-il venir de la dernière mise à jour? Parce qu'avec l'ancienne version, je n'avais aucun souci avec Antivir. Vos avis?
