Bonjour, j'ai essayé à plusieurs reprises de copier un peu plus de 800 photos de mon portable vers une clé USB Dane Elec de 1GB pour un cadre numérique. La copie s'arrête systématiquement après 180 fichiers. Pareil sur une SanDisk de 512 MB. Par contre ça fonctionne sur une Sandisk de 16 GB. Tous les fichiers étaient dans le même répertoire. Pour contourner le problème, j'ai créé 5 répertoires dans lesquels j'ai copié 175 fichiers, et ça a fonctionné. C'est quoi cette affaire? Quelqu'un a déjà eu le même soucis? Bonjour, le problème concerne un poste de travail dans une classe informatique de notre centre de formation. A l'ouverture de session, pendant le chargement des scripts liés à l'environnement, au profil utilisateur etc. la PC affiche un message indiquant: "Pupil Database cannot be opened". Venant apparement d'une application appelée "Dispatcher" (c'est indiqué dans la barre bleue au dessus de la boîte de dialogue. Nous utilisons XP pro version française. Je ne trouve nulle part d'info concernant ce genre de problème. Et le mot clé pupil renvoie sur des sites concernant des écoles primaires... Quelqu'un a des infos sur le sujet? [suite] je viens d'aller faire quelques recherches: dispatcher gère les différents processus en cours sur windows. je suppose qu'il a besoin de charger des infos pour faire son boulot, mais qu'il n'y arrive pas, d'où le message. Hello Bruce, Non, on ne peux passer outre. Les seules options sont pause - annuler - imprimer - sauvegarder le rapport. Et annuler ne fonctionne pas. Je fais alt f4 pour quitter, donc pas de rapport. Ceci dit, ça ne gêne pas. La machine fonctionne. J'ai essayé avec ad-aware: rien dans le rapport. J'ai viré Norton 2002 et je l'ai remplacé par Avast!4. Le rapport est propre. Elle démarre plus vite aussi... Peut-on considérer le problème new.net comme résolu? On peut ouvrir un autre topic à propos de Ewido, et voir avec quel (s) autre(s) membre(s) du forum ça ne fonctionne pas. Qu'en penses-tu? a+

c'est un fantôme. Il n'est nulle part. Quand Ewido fait son scan, le nom des fichiers défile, avec le chemin. Quand il arrive sur VM_7FFE000, il "patine", à 22 % de scan effectué. Mais il n'y a pas de chemin. Juste ce nom de fichier. Ceci dit, la machine tourne correctement...

voilà qui est fait! L'analyse o-line de kaspersky est négative: pas de malware. La machine est clean. Ceci dit, il n'a pas généré de rapport. Quand à Ewido, il ne parvient pas à terminer son scan. Il bloque après 22% d'analyse, toujours sur lemême fichier (voir dans précédent post). Merci de m'avoir guidé Bruce. J'apprécie. Maintenant, je vais aller sur les autres forumsour voir comment augmenter la sécurité de ma machine, comment upgrader le système, et surtout, comprendre comment tout ces malwaress'installent et fonctionnent pour éviter une prochaine infection. atchao Eric
