bonjour j ai un petit probléme en ce moment ma clé de licence anti virus a fini et etant mécontent de n..... j ai décidé de changé de logiciel antivirus.donc j été telechargé une version demo pour le moment mais j ai telechargé kaspersky sur le site du meme nom mais lors de l installation il me marque "erreur 1034 impossible de finir l installation etc.... mais j ai essayé la meme chose avec bitdefender mais la il me marque "erreur en écrivant dans le fichier c:/program file:FICHIERS COMMUN\sofwin\bit defender etc.... j ai fait une verification en ligne pour voir si mon pc était infécté mais rien. donc d ou peut venir mon probleme? merci d avance
