bonjour J'ai lu un maximun de topics sur les deconnexions et problemes de connexions sans trouvé la reponse a mon souci j'espère que vous pourrez m'eclairer... je possede une connexion par cable chez free. Ma freebox fonctionne correctement ainsi que mes filtres. Malheureusement depuis peu lorsque je me connecte avec Firefox, je suis déconnectée régulièrement: pour internet une page me signalant des delais trop longs et pour Msn un code d'erreur le n° 80072ee7 s'affiche. Lors que je veux réparer un message s'affiche me disant que ma passerelle semble etre hors ligne et pour internet lorsque j'essaie de réparer ma connexion il m'affiche que Windows n'a pas pu faire le renouvellement de mon adresse IP. Lorsque ceci se passe ma freebox est toujours connectée. j'ai fais plusieurs Scan avec bitdefender 9 plus et EWIDO ainsi qu'avec SPYBOT mais rien n'est trouvé. je nettoie regulièrement après chaque passage sur internet avec ATFcleaner. j'ai passer EWIDO en mode sans echec mais tout est nikel. pouvez vous m'aider? bonsoir, j'ai un sacré probleme de lenteur au niveau du demarrage de Windows XP, j'avais des virus et j'ai resolu le probleme grace a un de vos collegue sur le forum eradication malwares et rapport hijackthis + en faisant la pré-desinfection hijackthis mais depuis ma pré-desinfection j'ai un message d'erreur qui apparait avant d'avoir une fenetre qui s'ouvre pour me demander mon identifiant et mon mot de passe ( ca aussi ca a changé avant j'avais une page d'accueil et j'ai beau avoir verifier dans "comptes d'utilisateur" j'ai toujours la fenetre qui me demande) donc mon message d'erreur est le suivant: systemroot/windows/system32 autochk.exe/program not found skipping autochek est ce que tout est lié? la lenteur, le message d'erreur, la nouvelle fenetre au demarrage? J'utilise un Pc portable avec windows XP,bitdefender avec une rame d'origine ( ca se dit ca? ) Merci d'avance.

pas très douée en informatique j'ai suivi le pré nettoyage d'un Pc infecté avec speedweb "desinfecter facilement son système d'exploitation" j'ai suivi toute les demarches (très claires sauf peut etre autoruns ) et ensuite j'ai utilisé hijackthis. pouvez vous me dire si j'ai des problemes grace a ce log? parce qu'il faut bien dire que certains paramètres ont changé lors du demarage de windows XP... aie. le systeme me dit qu'un program (autock.exe) n'est pas trouvable mais ca fonctionne quand meme... merci d'avance.
