J'ai un probleme avec wlm depuis plusieurs semaines La fenetre principale se fige et impossible de se deconnecté même de reduire la fenetre et de plus je suis obligé de faire un hard reset pour me deconnecté; même quand je vais sur ma boite mail via msn.com la boite de reception s'ouvre et au bout de quelques secondes la page se fige aussi alors que je peux naviguer normalement sur d'autres sites.

JV16 a fait du nettoyage l'analyse du registre avec regedit c'est ce que j'ai fait en premier j'ai supprimer tout ce qui avait rapport avec Lavasoft, ad-aware ou aawservice par contre je ne connait pas registry crawler y'a t-il un tuto pour pas que je fasse de bêtises, sinon l'ad-aware que j'avais télécharger était la version gratuite, j'ai toujours la même erreur une version existe déjà j'crois que j'vais craquer :P

Toujours rien je ne trouve aucune trace de ad-aware, lavasoft ou aawservice.exe mais toujours impossible d'installer, je craaaque

Euuh oui j'ai vérifier les services fais des recherches dans le registre et program files mais rien...

RE j'ai fais ce que tu m'a conseillé avec JV16 mais malgré tout impossible à réinstaller toujours la même erreurs, j'sais plus quoi faire

Merci de ta réponse mais j'ai déjà malwarebytes mais je veux enlever complètement ad-aware mais le lien que tu me donnes n'est pas gratuit il me trouve les erreurs mais ne les supprime pas il faut l'acheter... Je persiste si vous avez d'autres idées merci encore

Bonjour à toutes et tous, Voilà mon problème depuis plusieurs jours j'essaie d'installer ad-aware mais impossible j'ai l'erreur "une autre version de ce produit est déjà installée.Impossible de poursuivre l'installation de cette version". Et le soucis c'est que je ne le vois ni dans ajout/suppression ni dans programme files. Il est bon de dire que je suis sous vista et que j'ai fais un ccleaner une defrag mais rien... Alors voilà mon soucis j'ai acheté un pc acer5100 avec vista, j'ai une imprimante HP mais toute les fonctionnalité de celle ci ne marche pas, comme par exemple le scanner, impossible de l'installer même avec son CD; si quelqu'un pouvais m'éclairer en sachant que je ne suis que novice en informaique SVP HELP ME,lol
