j'en reviens et effectivement la case n'était pas cochée et ça je ne savais qu'il y avait une case à cocher. merçi à tout le monde et bonsoir

les deux correctifs de sécurité étaient bien installés et j'ai télécharger le nouveau correctif et je vais redemmarrer et je te tiens au courant c'est fait et toujours pas de sons je suis allé dans le bios et la carte son était sur auto et je l'ai basculée sur enable. au cas ou , j'ai reinstallé le pilote et redémarré mais rien n'a changé

comment fait-on pour savoir si la carte son et bien en service dans le bios?

je ne suis pas au courant mais si tu me donne le n° du correctif je pourrais regarder et le desinstaller si besoin est . je pense qu'il doit-être installé car je fais toutes les mises à jours

alors le nom de ma carte son n'est pas selectionnée je ne peux rien faire et c'est une carte son 7.1 realtek ac 97 je n'ai même pas l'icone du hp à côté de l'heure

bonjour , comment fait-on pour savoir si sa carte son fonctionne ou elle est grillée? j'ai eu un plantage et j'ai réinstallé tous les pilotes de la carte mère , le son et rien y fait , je n'ai plus de sons. j'entend simplement les sons sortant du hp et lorsque j'ouvre un logiciel de lecture style Avrack il m'indique qu'il n'y a aucun périphérique de son installé sur le pc.

slt sacles , j'ai réussi à désinstaller le dossier en mode sans echec mais après il a fallu que je redémarre avec les derniers paramètres fonctionnels connus. j'ai téléchargé le programme que tu m'as conseillé et je m'en servirai lorsque j'aurais le même genre de problème. merçi encore

slt bridgetStones pour désinstaller la mise à jour de WMP moi je ferais comme ça : demarrer/panneau de configuration/ajout suppression de programmes/ et tout en haut de la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'ouvre , coches afficher les mises à jour et ensuite tu cherches vers le bas de la fenêtre " lecteur windows media 10" et une fois fait , tu fermes tout et tu reviens sur WMP9. j'espère que ça va t'aider. @ bientôt

bonjour à tous , je suis nouveau sur le forum mais pas sur le site. j'ai un problème à exposer sur le pc de ma soeur . lorsqu'elle veut afficher son poste de travail , elle fait comme tout le monde , démarrer / poste de travail et c'est alors que le problème se pose c'est qu'une lampe torche s'affiche et recherche le poste de travail pendant au moins 15 secondes et s'affiche ensuite. que faire , pour accélerer le procédé? merçi pour vos éventuelles réponses. problème récurant. @ bientôt
