Bonsoir, je voudrais installer Adobe reader 8.1.2 mais ais en cour d'intallation j'ai le message suivant qui s'affiche: "impossible de supprimer la version anterieur de Adobe reader 8.1.2-français contactez votre groupe de support technique". Et je ne peu pas desinstaller la version 7 adobe reader par le panneau de configuration option ajouter/supprimer des programmes car il n'y a pas l'option supprimer sur la ligne de ce programme. Est-ce que quelqu'un a une idée?

Bonsoir pear, heu pour info j'AVAIS un probleme de panneau de config., mais j'ai honte de le dire mais j'ai trouver comment mon problème que j'ai moi même causé en fait. Je m'explique: la barre bleue dans le panneau de config permettant de changer le mode d'affichage avait disparue. En fait, il suffisait d'aller dans outil>option des dossiers>onglet général> et cocher la l'option Afficher les taches habituelles, a la place de l'option "utiliser les dossiers classique de windows" Je suis désolé de vour avoir sollicité pour une petite manip de rien du tout, mais je ne suis pas doué en informatique, et j'ai la facheuse tentance à toucher à tout sans savoir (mais c'est comme ça qu'on apprend!) et heureusement qu'il y a des surdoués comme vous pour nous remettre dans le droit chemin. Donc problème résolu et merçi encore.

bonsoir, je pose mon probleme dans ce forum, (j'etais en discussion avec Ticlou qui m'a conseillé de venir ici) qui est le suivant: lorsque j'ouvre le panneau de configuration, il me manque la barre bleue juste en dessous de la barre d'outil en haut,( sous windows XP familial SP2) il s'agit peut-etre d'un virus? suite à une infection ces jours derniers j'ai scané mon PC avec plusieurs anti virus en ligne, j'ai BIT DEFENDER 10, AGV anti spyware, et j'utilise régulièrement Glary Utilities et Clean My Registry. c vraie que ces jours-çi j'ai eus un problème de virus, et j'ai scané mon PC avec de nombreux anti virus en ligne, ou en version free. sinon j'ai un logiciel de nettoyage de la base de registre "clean my registery" que j'utilise règulièrement ça peut etre ça aussi? Mais ceci dit est-il possible de récupérer cette fonction du panneau de config.?

merçi pour la rapidité de tes reponses (ça fait 24h que j'ai posé la meme question sur un autre forum et tj pas de réponse) le seul logiciel que ressemble a ce que tu m'indique c'est Glary Utilities sinon j'ai AVG anti Spyware mais bon je ne pense pas que ce soit ces logiciels qui pose problème!

Bonjour, j'ai un petit problème que je n'arrive pas à solutionner : lorsque je vais sur le panneau de configuration de mon PC, je ne dispose plus de la barre bleue qui devrait se trouver sous la barre d'outil en haut (sur Windows XP home SP2), qui en theorie me permet de basculer de l'affichage classique à un autre. si quelqu'un connait la manip pour la faire à nouveau apparaitre j'attend vos reponse, merçi

Suite et fin de mon problème de veille, la mise a jour du pilote de la carte graphique MSI a partir du site fournisseur a régler les problèmes de sortie de veille intempestives. Reste que dès que ma souris est en charge sur sa base, la mise en veille ne fonctionne pas (remise en marche du PC au bout de quelques secondes). Par contre si je progamme une mise en veille et que la souris n'est pas en charge, ça fonctionne normalement. Donc je fais avec, et comme ma souris se verrouille au bout de quelques minutes (economiseur de piles je suppose) j'attend donc et je la met en charge des que le PC est en veille ainse que la souris et la ça marche. Encore merçi à tous ceux qui on pris le temps de me repondre.

alors voila j'ai fais tout comme tu m'a dis, telechargement du pilote sur le site APM (c'est le premier clavier noire avec 15 touches etc...)j'ai rebooté et .......c'est toujours pareil ! La souris est bien réglée pour ne pas sortir le PC de veille. Mais bon je vais faire avec, a moi que tu n'aie une autre idée ! merçi quand même.
