Cette fois-ci, hier soir, j'ai pu lancer Malware (malgré le message d'erreur) et il a fini le scan. J'ai afficher les résultats, supprimé les infections et accepté de rebooter le PC. Maintenant, je n'ai plus la page qui s'ouvre constamment sur internet avec la proposition de télécharger Antivirus 2009. Et j'ai lancé Antivir après une maj comme d'hab, et il a rien trouvé. J'ai relancé MBAM en attendant ta réponse, et comme j'ai eu le meme message que tout à l'heure, j'ai fait le mail que tu m'as dit de faire et je t'enverrais la copie de leur réponse, dés que j'en aurais une. Ok, MBAM m'a planté dc j'ai rien pu faire. Par contre, j'avais déjà fait ATF Cleaner, mais je l'ai refait. Ensuite, SDFix n'avait pas marché les 3 fois où j'ai essayé de le faire, d'ailleurs je t'avais demandé si c'était normal. Et j'ai mis Antivir sur Normal au lieu de High. Alors, qu'est ce que je fais? Pour SDFix, il se lancait en mode sans échec mais rien ne se passait meme au bout de 8 heures d'attente.

Je l'avais fait en premier quand je me suis rendue compte de l'infection. Il avait trouvé 13 infections et on les avait supprimé et rien n'avait changé derriere. Est ce que je refais un scan derriere? Tout en sachant, que je mets toujours le programme à jour avant de lancer un scan. Edit: J'ai voulu le relancer au cas où. J'ai fais la mise à jour. Mais peu après avoir commencé à scanner, il m'a mis ce message d'erreur: (voir capture ci-dessous). Ca me met l'erreur à chaque .dll bizarre... puis à force d'insister sur le message, le scan continue.

Apollo, si tu as toi aussi des problemes de ton coté et que tu n'as pas trop le temps de t'occuper de mon cas, est-ce tu pourrais demander à un de tes collègues de le faire? Je veux pas sembler ingrate mais j'ai vraiment besoin de regler mon probleme le plus rapidement possible. Merci d'avance.

J'ai supprimé la dll demandée mais je sais pas si je dois supprimer celle là aussi: rsvpsp.dll. Comme l'autre dll c marqué entre paranthéses Protocol Handler. J'ai aussi fait le Fix Winsock puis redémarré. Par contre, quand je lance SDfix en mode sans échec, c écrit qu'il checke les services et va les réparer mais rien ne se passe. Je l'ai lancé y a plus d'une demi-heure et comme rien ne se passait, j'ai redémarré mon PC pr faire ce post et savoir si c normal que ça prenne du temps. Bonjour, Mon PC est infecté par Antivirus 2009 depuis ce matin. C'est un véritable cauchemar. J'ai essayé d'utiliser Smitfraudfix et de le lancer à partir du bureau mais il ne se passe rien.. juste un écran bleu après avoir appuyé sur la touche 1, j'attends une éternité mais rien ne se passe. Ok, je n'ai plus de problèmes de trojans et j'utilise aussi PSI (pr les progs qui auraient des failles)... j'ai pas encore eu le temps de nettoyer mon disque dur externe infecté comme mon PC l'a été... donc, j'ai un peu peur, qu'une fois que je rebranche mon disque dur, tout se remette comme avant... Aussi, est-ce tu pourrais m'aider à nettoyer un peu MSCONFIG? J'ai des noms de progs que je connais qui se mettent au démarrage très peu d'ailleurs mais y'en a d'autres que je connais pas du coup j'ai peur d'y toucher et d'abimer Windows... Ok, j'avais pas la nouvelle version de Java (j'avais que la 6 update 4), j'ai donc supprimé l'ancienne et installé la nouvelle version. Je penserais à installer le Parefeu que tu me proposes, jusque là, j'utilisais que celui de Windows. Quelles failles sont encore présentes? Je pense avoir oublié de redémarrer entre la désactivation et la réactivation de la Resto Système, est-ce que ça peut être ça? Par contre, mon Disque Dur externe était branché à un moment donné lorsque mon PC était infecté... comment doit-je faire pour le désinfecter sans qu'il réinfecte mon PC?? Bonjour, Il y a quelques jours j'ai eu un problème avec mon PC qui soudainement m'a changé mon fond d'écran et m'a mis un message me disant: WARNING SPYWARE DETECTED ON YOUR COMPUTER INSTALL AN ANTIVIRUS OR SPYWARE REMOVER TO CLEAN YOUR COMPUTER Antivir, mon antivirus, a tout de suite réagit et j'ai supprimé certains Trojans détectés par Antivir. Ensuite, j'ai remarqué que je n'avais plus accès au Bureau et à l'Ecran de Veille dans l'option Affichage de Windows Xp. Je me suis renseignée sur internet et j'ai compris qu'un spyware avait désactivé ses fonctions sur mon PC, j'ai alors remis en marche les boutons (en installant un fichier de récupération des tabs, trouvé sur un site sûr) et j'ai ensuite recommencé tous mes scans Antivir et AVG Antispyware qui avaient étaient réinstallés suite à un prob de mise à jour que j'avais eu. Une fois les mises à jour faites, j'ai relancé des scans pour chaque programme et ensuite, je suis venue jeter un coup d'oeil au forum, voir si d'autres personnes avaient le même prob que moi et je me suis rendue compte que oui, donc, j'ai suivi les instructions données pour ces personnes ayant les mêmes Trojans que moi. Mais j'aimerais quand même être sûre de ne pas avoir été infectée par d'autres Trojans qu'eux. J'ai aussi fait ATFCleaner.
