ça y est, j'ai enfin réussi à me débarrasser du mammouth d'orange et Java est à nouveau à l'ordre du jour dans mon PC. Du coup, tout va nettement mieux. Pour la " désinstallation " des anciennes versions de Java et autres, ainsi que pour l'optimisation, je verrai un peu plus tard. Merci encore à tous deux et surement à un prochain jour !

Quant à toi, Douds ; Si, comme tu le dis, tu n'est pas assez calé pour m'aider,... en tout cas, ton analyse était belle et bien impeccable et je te remercie très sincèrement de l'intérêt et du soutiens dont tu as fait preuve à mon égard. Si je suis nulle en informatique, j'étais pourtant convaincue que les problèmes que je rencontre n'étaient pas dû à 1 virus, comme on me le disait, mais bien à des surcharges de logiciels ainsi qu'à des téléchargements et mises à jours ratées par mes soins et le seul fait que tu confirmes mes soupçons m'a convaincu que je ne suis pas vraiment si nulle mais plutôt extrêmement ignorante dans le domaine. Je te remercie donc pour l'aide que tu ne penses pas m'avoir apporté mais que j'ai bien reçu.

Merci infiniment Pear, mais je n'ai pas choisi mon pseudo au hasard et si j'ai essayé de suivre tes instructions, elles ne sont pas assez détaillées pour moi, débutante (de chez débutante) en informatique. J'ai eu trop peur de faire d'autres erreurs plus grosses que celles que j'ai déjà commises et n'ai donc même pas osé télécharger la nouvelle version de Java. J'en suis toujours au même point avec mon pc,... réduite à attendre que l'ami qui m'a installé et paramétré l'ordi, ai le temps de venir à mon secours. Il fera tout ce qu'il faut en 2 temps, 3 mouvements mais comme d'habitude..., il aura le feu, m'expliquera en moins de temps qu'il ne faut pour le dire... résultat, je n'y comprendrai rien et resterai incapable de me "dépanner" et toujours tributaire de ses interventions. Voici 1 an que j'ai l'ordi et chaque fois c'est le même scénario alors je t'en supplie, détaille moi les procédures, aide moi, apprends moi à me débrouiller un peu "par moi même". Merci d'avance

Bonsoir. Voici mon souci. Depuis quelques temps je rencontrais des problèmes de connection à internet, à plusieurs reprises mon ordinateur se figeait entièrement et je n'avais plus d'autre moyen que de le débrancher. Souvent je n'arrivais plus à accéder à mon imprimante non plus. J'ai exécuté la procédure de pré-désinfection. Antivir a détecté un fichier que j'ai mis en quarantaine ne sachant pas s'il s'agit d'un fichier réellement infecté puisqu'il semble faire parti du programme de HP. Apparemment, pour l'instant il re-fonctionnerait à nouveau correctement. Je colle le log d'Antivir et d'HitjackThis. Pouvez-vous me dire, s'il vous plait, si mes problèmes venaient de ce fichier et si mes logs sont sains maintenant ? Merci.
