Je rencontre un problème avec internet explorer. La page d'accueil s'ouvre normalement, mais le clavier se bloque et je ne peux rien faire, même pas fermer la fenêtre. Merci de votre aide.

Super. J'ai enfin trouvé le dossier quarantine. Une fois compressé en RAR, il pèse 11,3 MO (la compression ne fait rien gagner).

J'avais déjà modifié l'options des dossiers. Lorsque je veux ouvrir Application Data, j'obtins le message d'erreur suivant : "Emplacement non disponible c:\users\Administrateur\App Data\local\Application data n'est pas accessible. Accès refusé"

J'ai un problème... je n'ai plus le répertoire Application Data dans mon compte.

Bonjour, Je viens d'hériter des vers VBS Malware.gen, Win32:Trojan-gen(other) et Antivirus XP2008. Je ne parviens pas à les supprimer. De plus, mon PC (sous Vista Pro) n'est utilisable qu'en mode sans échec. J'aimerais de l'aide. Merci d'avance.
