je vais essayer mais le problème, et pas des moindres du coup, c'est que chaque lien (et même parfois certains clics en suivant les diverses instructions) met un temps à fou à me parvenir (et même parfois ne me parviennent pas !) donc c dur à suivre surtout quand il y a bcp à faire comme ici et qu'on ne maîtrise pas bien l'informatique...

j'ai coché les 2 éléments en gras et malheureusement pas de changement... je l'ai fait il y a 1 mois ici même... et j'ai également fait une analyse avec un anti-malware que vous m'avez fait installé... et qui ne trouve rien de particuliers... je fais quand même le Tutoriel HijackThis v 2.0.2 ?

bjr à tous, par avance désolé pour mon manque de précision et des termes exacts maais n'hésitez pas à me questionnner si j'arrive à mieux préciser... depuis lundi dernier lorsque je clique sur mon bureau sur l'icône internet explorer (la toute dernière version) pour me connecter sur internet donc, celà met entre 2 et 4 min. (page d'accueil free car abonné à free...) mais également lorsque je suis sur un sîte et que je clique pour aller sur un lien, là encore ça met à chaque fois 2 à 5 min. ! exemplesz : je me connecte sur europe 1 lorsque je clique sur le lien pour écouter la radio en direct, sur priceminister lorsque je clique sur la photo d'un cd "affichage" oou bien même sur msn pour ouvrir une de mes boîtes mails... si quelqu'un peut m'aider... par avance merci ! Bonjour manu12345, Tu es peut être victime d'un malware, je te conseille de cliquer sur ce bouton : et de faire une demande d'aide par l'équipe de sécurité. Tu seras pris en charge avec tous les détails pour que tu puisses suivre différentes procédures pour désinfecter ton pc s'il l'est. j'ai essayé de suivre quelques indications mais en vain...

PS : et quand on lit que pour certaines opérations ça risque le plantage.. quand on est comme moi nul (même en acquiessant des connaisances et qu'on n'a aucune connaissance qui pourrait t'aider au cas où... j'expérimente donc rarement et faire des ré-installations (comme visiblement c'est demandé), seul, je n'ose pas en faire si je ne suis pas guider... mais encore une fois je comprends sans problème vos priorités et surtout que vous donnez déjà beaucoup pour nous aider... d'ailleurs j'ai été très reconnaissant à Angélique pour le virus et le nettoyage...

mes excuses si je t'ai/vous ai blessé... et je comprends bien que vous n'avez pas que ça a faire et des topics plus urgents et interessants ainsi que le bon maintien du forum... oui j'ai lu la charte et non je n'exige rien... que tout le monde doit rappliquer... si je m'interesse à la résolution mais par contre, et bien qu'en lisant certaines notes et notices, le (mon) problème est que j'ai du mal à tout simplement comprendre ce qui est expliqué car c'est parfois tellement technique que je décroche assez vite... alors je me sents un peu perdu... à nouveau mes excuses et je ne remonterai donc plus le topic...

pourquoi, alors que le problème n'est en rien résolu, pas même un modérateur ne veut m'aider ? je remercie biensûr tout ceux qu sont passés et de certains conseils.. mais concrètement je n'arrive tjrs pas à un lire un dvd tel qu'il soit...
