Dans la configuration du système, la fenêtre "démarrage" est vide ... Par contre, pour ce qui est de Antivir, il m'indique comme état qu'il est activé ... Je met à jour Malware que j'ai déjà sur l'ordi et je l'exécute ....

Je suis sûre qu'il y a plein de choses qui ne me serve à rien dans mon ordi ! Perso, je ne m'en sers que pour les Emails, des jeux oneline, et des photos ... Par contre, il y a deux ordinateur portables ( mon père et ma fille ) et parfois un troisième, qui partagent ma connection ... alors je ne sais pas si je peux enlever des choses ou pas ...

Je n'y arrive pas, je suis désolée :/ J'ai cliké sur le lien, et j'ai eu l'impression que le téléchargement ne se faisait pas. J'ai alors cliké sur le lien qui dit : " si le téléchargement ne démarre pas ...", qui m'a amné sur un autre téléchargement qui a fonctionné .... aprés c'était tout en anglais, j'ai fait " yes" à tout .... et finalement m'a annoncé qu'il fallait redémarrer mon ordi. Maintenant, en cherchant, j'ai bien un dossier qui semble correspondre par la date et l'heure, intitulé : "backups". Mais je ne sais pas comment vous le faire parvenir, ni même si il s'agit bien du rapport demandé ... Peut- être je dois tout reprendre à zéro ? mais je ne comprend pas l'anglais ... Bonjour Falkra, Après avoir coché et cliqué sur "fix-checked", ça me remet en position de cliquer sur "scan". Ensuite ça me dit en anglais de fermer les fenêtres pour une plus grande chance de réussite... puis après je n'ai pas compris... j'ai fermé l'ordi, parce qu'il se passait plus rien... en me disant que ça aller peut-être se mettre en route au redémarrage, mais non... j'ai dû mal comprendre quelque chose, je recommence ? c'est quel dossier que je dois effacer ?

je vais faire tout ça ... mais avant je te dois pour le moins des explications par rapport à antivir. le problème c'est que Antivir s'ouvre sans prévenir en pleine page au milieu des combats dans un donjon, ou des jeux où le temps est compté ... c'est pour ça que je l'ai enlevé, je sais que je n'aurais pas dû, mais il n'y aurait pas moyen de faire que Antivir soit plus discret ?
