Bonjour, Mon PC fonctionne correctement depuis plusieurs heures. Encore un grand merci pour votre aide. Est-ce que je peut supprimer les éléments téléchargés hier ? Cordialement Robert

J'ai debrancher et remis le connecteur USB de l'imprimante et tout est rentré dans l'odre! Je te remercie chaleureusement pour ton aide trés efficace. Mon domaine est plutôt le bricolage, étant à la retraite j'y consacre tout mon temps. Si tu as besoin d'un conseil dans ce domaine, ce sera avec grand plaisir. C'est de ma faute, j'ai oublié de déactiver AVIRA ! J'essai de refaire la manip...

Est-ce que je dois clicker quelque part dans le panneau de controle d'Usbfix ? Ce dernier s'est ouvert, mais rien n'évolue. J'ai eu plusieurs fois un message "Le systeme a récuperer une erreure serieuse" et je n'ai plus d'imprimante.

Merci à Appolo, Je suis trop novice et je n'arrive à rien ! J'ai téléchargé Roguekiller sur une clef USB et je l'ai lancé. Il a tourné quelques secondes (jusqu'a l'affichage "chargement du driver" et là, j'ai eu un message me disant "Windows à été arrété et un vidage mémoire physique est lancé vers le disque". Je n'avais plus la main, j'ai du couper. j'ai essayé un démarrage en mode sans échec mais cette opération tourne en boucle et retourne immédiatement sur le choix du demarrage. (A part le démarrage normal, les autres mode tournent en boucle !). Je pense que je n'ai d'autres solution que le formatage, mais mon CD est ancien (XP1) et n'a pas les mises à jour. D'autre part mon disque dur est partitionné et le systéme est en C: mais je ne sais pas dans quelle partition se trouve le virus ? Voilà mon embarras actuel! Robert

Est-ce que cet antivirus se met à jour automatiquement ? J'ai toujour mon probléme de messages perdus. Ce matin à l'ouverture de wanadoo, l'icone en haut à gauche (petite enveloppe) me'annoncait 2 messages et en ouvrant outlook il y avait rien. d'autre part au moins une fois par semaine je doit recrer le compte, le serveur sortant smtp se transforme en smpt et mon mot de passe à disparu !!
