C'est bien laborieux .. Bonjour à tous, Je me suis inscris sur un site hier qui permet de visualiser des pubs et d'être payé pour ça pour essayer, quelle erreur !! Depuis Avast s’affole, redémarrage sur redémarrage pour supprimer toutes les saletés qui se sont installées au passage .. J'ai à priori tout enlever mais je préfère m'en assurer avec vous. Bon allé, j'ai ma réponse, je viens d'appeler le centre culturel de Leclerc pour l'imprimante qui m'intéresse, alors pour la fonction fax, la réponse est sans appel, si le téléphone de la maison est branché sur la box, alors l'imprimante fax doit obligatoirement être branchée aussi sur la box, sans quoi cela ne peut pas marcher selon la personne qui m'a aimablement renseigné .. Merci de vos interventions

Alors je viens de faire l'essai suggéré par vieu bison boiteu, c'est à dire de brancher le téléphone sur une prise RJ11 sans passer par la box = pas de tonalité .. juste un affreux son aigu (type fax d'ailleurs) @Solodunord, je sais qu'en passant mon fax classique (que j'ai encore) sur la box, j'arrive à envoyer et recevoir des télécopies sans problème .. C'est beau le progrès .. Triple prise de tête ..

Alors j'ai Windows 8.1, si je comprends la notice de l'imprimante, il faut bien un raccord téléphonique pour faxer, (pas de pb j'en ai une dans la pièce ou sera l'imprimante) L'ADSL doit bien courir dans toutes les prises téléphone de la maison mais est ce que ça va marcher sans être connecté directement sur la box ?

Bonsoir à tous, Suite à quelques petits soucis avec mon imprimante, j'ai l’intention d'en changer, mon choix se porte sur une multifonction Epson qui à la fonction fax et Wifi ce qui me servirait bien. Une Workforce WF-2510WF ou la WF-2650DWF. Mon portable est connecté sur la box en wifi, mais pour envoyer ou recevoir un fax avec une multifonction, comment ça marche ? Doit-elle être reliée directement sur le téléphone avec un fil ? Ou y'a t'il un modem intégré afin que seule la prise d'alimentation soit nécessaire pour toutes les fonctions ? Merci d'avance

Lol Notpa, et bien on va considérer que le problème est résolu Je pense que l'imprimante est un peu vieille pour le pc qui a des ports usb 3.0 ?? Je ne sais pas trop .. En tous les cas merci à tous !!

En tous cas, le problème pour l'impression est résolu, je suis passé de 200 en résolution PPP à 600, c'est plus lent à la numérisation mais une fois sur le pc, ça imprime bien.

Ouille ouille ouille ... je fais des tentatives avec Microsoft photo editor, paint etc pour ouvrir ma numérisation et l'imprimer, mais le pc plante en plein scan et affiche BAD POOL CALLER et redémarre ! Déjà 3 fois.. Le pc est de décembre dernier, windows 8.1, il ne chauffe pas du tout .. Je capte pas trop .. L'imprimante elle est de 2006 ou 2007 ..

Tu as raison, disons qu'il y'a une belle promo sur une bonne imprimante qui fait fax et a le WIFI, ça ce serait cool j'avoue .. Ce matin j'ai scanné un document important, il s'est donc ouvert par défaut avec "Visionneuse Lenovo Photo Master", lorsque j'ai lancé l'impression comme d’habitude, j'ai eu une page quasi blanche alors que l'imprimante à pourtant bien pris son temps, voila pourquoi j'ai essayé de l'ouvrir avec Acrobat Reader avec lequel je n'ai d'habitude pas de problème d’extension ou autre et qui imprime direct. Mais nada ..

Non ce n'est pas vraiment gênant pour l'impression écran, je n'en fait jamais. Pour ce qui est du format, j'ai beau choisir parmi les 4 proposés par le scanner, pas moyen d'ouvrir la numérisation avec Acrobat .. J'ai envie de changer d'imprimante !!

Salut à tous, J'ai un petit problème mais qui devient lassant, lorsque je scan un document avec mon imprimante, je peux choisir différents formats : "BMP, JPG, PNG ou TIFF", que je choisisses PNG dont il est précisé entre parenthèses (Adobe Acrobat Document) ou un autre format, le document scanné ne veut pas s'ouvrir avec Acrobat .. Par défaut, le document s'ouvre avec "Visionneuse de photos Lenovo Master", alors j'ai beau demander d'ouvrir le document avec Acrobat Reader, celui-ci me dit que le fichier est endommagé ou que l’extension n'est pas bonne et ne peut donc pas ouvrir mon document. Auriez-vous une idée ? Merci d'avance
