Bonsoir Marc, Tu confirme ce que je pensais. J'ai déja expliqué au début de ce post que je pensai avoir sauvegardé tous les fichiers perso de mon amie. Par contre ce que je n'ai pa su trouver ce sont les fichiers qui permettent (lorsque l'ordinateur est neuf) de faire une sauvegarde état usine de celui-ci avec windows et je le suppose aussi les drivers (ce que bien sûr mon amie n'a pas réalisé ). Pourrais tu, si c'est possible, m'aidé à retrouver ces fickiers ou si il y a une autre solution afin de les réintégre à un nouveau DD. W-Jean
