Hello, Bonsoir! my first post here, sorry for my errors. I just discovered ZHPdiag and this forum. I dont see PUP on my PC, this is very good, but I notice slowness since a few months. For example the process firefox.exe needs **70** seconds for disappearing in task manager, after clicking on "X" for shutdown. In the past 10 seconds only. I notice slowness in opening a simply windows explorer.exe window, even if my ram is 60% (4GB). Not only: sometimes - but even often- clicking on a link (no matter the link) I go "Unable to reach the server": it really seems that the browser is unable to communicate with the router (NOT firewall issues, I disabled it, I deleted the browser from it...unuseful, nor line speed issues...); but after 0.5 seconds, clicking on Refresh, all is fine! its strange. (Fast) ALL my applications/programs are **always** up to date: FF, Flash, WUpdate, IE9, Acrobat Reader, and since a month I definitively uninstalled Java! also no exploit. Today and tomorrow I use adwcleaner, malwarebytes, emsisoft kit, TSKiller from Kaspersky, but they found very few stuffs, very few or nothing; perhaps I will try superantispyware, Comodo Killbeats and CCE.exe portable... I dont want to install a lot of antivirus/antiPup tools, not a good idea.
