Bonjour.

 

 

I) Si tu utilise un modem pour te conecter, télécharge un pare feu :

- Je te conseil Kerio.

- Pour le configurer regarde ce tuto explicatif.

 

 

 

 

II) Relance Hijackthis, coche les lignes qui suivent et clique sur fix checked :

III) Assure toi d'avoir accés au fichier caché :

 

Démarrer, Poste de travail ou autre dossier, Menu Outils, Option des dossiers, onglet Affichage :

Activer l'option : Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés

Désactiver l'option : Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu

Désactiver l'option : Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation

Puis cliquer sur "Appliquer à tous les dossiers"

 

 

 

 

IV) Redémarre en mode sans échec et supprime ce fichier :

 

C:\WINDOWS\system32\accinet.exe

 

 

 

 

V) Imprime ces instructions car une partie est en mode sans échec

 

 

 

1/ Télécharge Brute Force Uninstaller (de Merijn) de ce lien :

http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip

 

2\ Créé un nouveau dossier directement sur le C:\ et nomme-le BFU. Décompresse le fichier téléchargé dans ce nouveau dossier (C:\BFU)

 

3\ FAIS UN CLIC-DROIT sur le lien suivant, afin de télécharger EGDACCESS.bfu (de Metallica) :

http://metallica.geekstogo.com/EGDACCESS.bfu

 

Et choisis "Enregistrer la cible sous...". Sauvegarde dans le dossier créé (C:\BFU). **Note : si tu utlises Internet Explorer; lors de la sauvegarde, assure-toi que le champs "Type :" affiche "Tous les fichiers". Tu dois maintenant avoir deux fichiers dans le dossier C:\BFU : EGDACCESS.bfu et BFU.exe (très important).

 

 

4\ Redémarre en mode sans échec Si tu ne sais pas comment faire vas voir cette page

 

5\ Démarre le "Brute Force Uninstaller" en double-cliquant BFU.exe (du dossier C:\BFU)

 

Sous Scriptline to execute copie/colle cette ligne :

 

c:\bfu\EGDACCESS.bfu

 

 

Clique sur Execute et laisse-le faire son travail.

 

Attendre que Complete script execution apparaîsse et clique sur OK

Clique Exit pour fermer le programme BFU.

 

 

 

 

 

VI) Télécharge AVG Antispyware 7.5(en français).

 

Install le et lance AVGA puis :

 

a) Le mettre à jour en cliquant Mise à jour.

b) Redémarrer en mode sans échec Si tu ne sais pas comment faire vas voir cette page

c) Dans l'onglet "Analyse", aller dans Paramètres puis sous "Comment réagir" choisir Quarantaine

d) Maitenant dans l'onglet "Analyse", choisir le "Analyse complète du système".

e) A la fin du scan, cliquer seulement sur : "Appliquer"

f) Ensuite, cliquer sur "Sauvegarder rapports " puis "Enregistrer sous", enregistrer le rapport dans les documents et redémarrer normalement.

g) Post le rapport AVGA.

 

 

 

 

 

VII) Renomme HijackThis en bonjour.exe et clique sur "Do a system scan and save logfile". A la fin du scan, le bloc note vas s'ouvrir. Enregistre-en le contenu dans tes documents et post le log en fesant un copier-coller.

Bonjour. Pardon en ce moment je suis assez occupé.

 

I) Télécharge F-Secure Blacklight : https://europe.f-secure.com/blacklight/try.shtml

 

Lance-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier blbeta.exe

Accepte la licence, et clique enfin sur "Scan"

- Poste le rapport qui a été créé dans le fichier fsbl-bxxxx.log (xxxx=chiffres) en l'ouvrant avec le bloc-note.

Prière d'imprimer ces instructions, ou de les coller dans un fichier texte pour lecture en mode Sans Échec.

Télécharge Brute Force Uninstaller (de Merijn).

Créé un nouveau dossier directement sur le C:\ et nomme-le BFU. Décompresse le fichier téléchargé dans ce nouveau dossier (C:\BFU)

FAIS UN CLIC-DROIT ICI et choisis "Enregistrer la cible sous..." afin de télécharger EGDACCESS.bfu (de Metallica). Sauvegarde dans le dossier créé (C:\BFU). **Note : si tu utlises Internet Explorer; lors de la sauvegarde, assure-toi que le champs "Type :" affiche "Tous les fichiers". Tu dois maintenant avoir deux fichiers dans le dossier C:\BFU : EGDACCESS.bfu et BFU.exe (très important).

Redémarre en mode Sans Échec : au redémarrage, tapote immédiatement la touche F8; tu verras un écran avec choix de démarrages apparaître. Utilisant les flèches du clavier, choisis "Mode Sans Échec" et valide avec "Entrée". Choisis ton compte usuel, et non Administrateur.

Démarre le "Brute Force Uninstaller" en double-cliquant BFU.exe (du dossier C:\BFU)

 

- Clique sur le petit dossier jaune, à la droite de la boîte Scriptline to execute, et double-clique sur :

 

EGDACCESS.bfu

 

- Dans la boîte "Scriptline to execute", tu devrais maintenant voir ceci : C:\BFU\EGDACCESS.bfu

 

Clique sur Execute et laisse-le faire son travail.

 

Attendre que Complete script execution apparaîsse et clique sur OK.

Clique Exit pour fermer le programme BFU.

Créer un fichier Bloc Notes avec le texte qui se trouve dans l'espace "code" ci-dessous (copie/colle, sans le mot "Code" n.)

Enregistre ce fichier dans c:\BFU

-Nom du fichier : aftermath.bfu

-Type : tous les fichiers

-cliquer sur Enregistrer

-quitter le Bloc note

- Double-clique sur aftermath.bfu

- Tu devrais maintenant voir ceci dans la boîte "Scriptline to execute" :

C:\BFU\aftermath.bfu

 

Clique sur Execute et laisse-le faire son travail.

 

Attendre que Complete script execution apparaîsse et clique sur OK (l'exécution est rapide..).

Clique Exit pour fermer le programme BFU.

Redemarre en mode "normal"

Puis repost un nouveau rapport Hijackthis ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport Blacklight.

Egalement l'êtat d'avancement de tes dysfonctionnement.

Bonsoir,

 

Mon amie est seule à résoudre le problème maintenant et n'est pas une pro en informatique mais je sais qu'elle va y arriver. ele est vraiment bloquée sur son PC.
