AllInWonder X800 sous Mandriva 2007

Bonjour,

 

J'ai installé la Mandriva 2007 sur mon PC.

 

Le hic, c'est qu'il configure mon ATI All In Wonder X800 VE avec le driver "vesa".

Sachant bidouiller un peu, j'ai tripoter par-ci par-là et j'ai même télécharger les drivers propriétaire.

 

Donc que ce soit avec le pilote "fglrx" ou "radeon", dès que je lance la commande "startx" le système charge le tout sans problème et c'est en passant en mode graphique que le système ne répond plus.

 

J'ai essayer avec ubuntu, fedora, mais c'est le même problème.

Seul la SuSe semble fonctionner correctement avec le pilote propriétaire (mais elle ne me conviens pas :s)

 

J'ai rien trouvé dans mes recherches sur le web

Quelqu'un a une suggestion?

Tu pourras nous indiquer ce que tu as dans ton /var/log/xorg.log ??

Tu le poste ici!

Tu nous dis ce que tu as comme noyau($uname -r), ta version de Xorg, la version des pilotes proprio utilisé, et comment tu fais pour les installer!!

 

VOilà ça sera plus pratique pour nous...

Voici le log. Si je traduis bien il a lancé l'interface correctement... c'est après que ça merde. J'ai même essayé avec une résolution plus petite (1024x768 au lieu de 1280x1024)

 

Linux 2.6.12-26mdk-i686-up-4GB i686 (meme problème avec un kernel différend.)

 

En ce qui concerne le driver propriétaire, il me dit qu'il ne le trouve pas alors qu'il est correctement installé. L'installation par le .run ou le rpm, c'est du pareil au meme

Attends là tu as mis le xorg de quand tu fonctionnes avec le driver VESA???

 

ça serait mieux que tu mettes le xorg.log de quand tu as mis le "flgrx"! D'aillers pour précision "radeon" est le driver libre, et "fglrx" est le driver propriétaire...

 

poste aussi ton /etc/X11/xorg.conf .

Moi j'ai simplement pris le log après avoir fait reset et avant de relancer l'interface graphique. (ben oui ça plante :P )

 

Bien sur que ça me parrait bizzare... :P

 

De toute façon sa fait ça avec toutes les distrib sauf la SuSe... Mais la SuSe me pose d'autres problèmes .

 

Certainement que le log n'a pas le temps d'être créer...
