Bonjour GADGETINE,

1°) Supprime les utilitaires suivants :

Navilog1 et SDFix.

2°) Fais la mise à jour de AVG Antispyware

3°) Redémarre en mode sans échec

Durant cette phase, tu n'auras pas d'accès Internet. Je te conseille d'imprimer ( ou, événtuellement, d'enregistrer ) la procédure.

3.1 - Lance HijackThis

Clique sur Do a system scan only
Coche les lignes suivantes :

Ferme toutes les fenêtres toutes les fenêtres et tous les autres programmes.
Clique sur Fix Checked.
Ferme HijackThis

3.2 - Nettoyage avec AVG Anti-Spyware

Procedure préalable à l'utilisation d'AVG Anti-Spyware : Très important pour bien supprimer les fichiers tmp ,cookies et autres, pour une meilleure lecture du rapport d'AVG Anti-Spyware.

Double-clique ATF Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme.

Main correspond à IE
Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All
Clique sur le bouton Empty Selected

Si tu utilises le navigateur Firefox :

Clique Firefox au haut et choisis : Select All
Clique le bouton Empty Selected
NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.

Si tu utilises le navigateur Opera :

Clique Opera au haut et choisis : Select All
Clique le bouton Empty Selected
NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.

Clique Exit, du menu principal, afin de fermer le programme.

Lance AVG Anti-Spyware

Clique sur scanner, puis sur scan complet du système.

Si des fichiers malveillants sont trouvés :

Clique sur Appliquer toutes les actions
Clique sur enregistrer le rapport d'analyse.
Colle le rapport dans ton prochain message

4°) Redémarre en mode normal

Lance CCleaner

Bouton Nettoyeur : Clique sur le bouton Analyse et ensuite sur le bouton [/b]Lancer le Nettoyage[/b] ( 2 fois ).
Bouton Registre : Clique sur le bouton Chercher les erreurs et une fois trouvées : Clique sur le bouton Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées. Accepte la sauvegarde du Registre, et clique sur Réparrer toutes les erreurs. Fais le 2 fois de suite.
Ferme CCleaner

Lance HijackThis

Copie/Colle un nouveau rapport HijackThis dans ta réponse

J'attend 2 rapports ( celui de AVG AS et celui de HijacThis ).

"Navipromo" trouvé par BitDefender se trouve dans les points de restauration.

Aucun problème si tu ne restaures pas un point.

mon ordi se porte plutôt bien . Il est un peu lent , mais j'ai accès à mes messageries, et à prioris je peux faire ce que j'en veux (il faut juste que je sois un peu patiente).

D'autre part, pour BitDefender, je souhaiterais que tu vérifies ceci :

Démarrer > Rechercher > Tous les fichiers et dossiers > Une partie ou l'ensemble du nom de fichier : Tape *.avxpnd
Dans Options avancées ( située en dessous ) : Coche les 3 premières cases, et clique sur Rechercher
Si tu trouve ce fichier : Supprime-le.
Fais de même avec les fichiers suivants : *.gzip et *.gz

Après mise à jour de BitDefender, dans la fenêtre principale > Onglet " Mise à jour" : Indique-moi le nombre de signatures de virus

Voici le résultat de mes démarches :

Pour Bitdefender, j'ai trouvé 1 dossier ".gz" que j'ai supprimer, sinon il n'y avait pas de ".avxpnd" ou de ".gzip".

Pour les signatures de virus de Bitdefender, il y en a 946276.

Maintenant je te joins mon dernier rapport HijackThis.
