probleme pour desinstaller un logiciel

alors voila je voudrai desinstallé outpost pro mais quand je veux le desinstaller avec ccleaner jai un message qui apparait:

 

l'intruction a 0x00414a34 emploie l'adresse mémoire 0x00000004.la mémoire ne peut pas etre en etat read.

 

alors je tourne sous vista ultimate ..

 

et aussi j'ai tout le temps une fenetre de dialogue qui apparait qui me dit que jai un message .

 

quand je clik sur afficher le message j'ai un ecran blanc.

Passe par ajout/supprimer un programme dans le panneau de configuration.

Tu utiliseras ccleaner pour faire un petit nettoyage après la désinstallation.

j'ai deja essayer mais sa me remet le meme message.

Fais comme si tu voulais le réinstaller en ce cas, avec le setup. Il sera détecté et il te proposera sûrement de le réparer ou de le désinstaller.

quand je veu le reinstallé il me dit que ce programme presente des problemes de compatibilité et si j'execute le programme rien ne se passe.

Tu peux peut être essayer une restauration à une date antérieure (avant l'installation d'outpost).

• Browse to and delete the key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Agnitum Outpost Firewall Pro_is1.

• Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Agnitum\Outpost Firewall.
  
• Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Agnitum Shared.
  
• Select Start > Programs > Agnitum, right-click Outpost Firewall and select Delete.
  

[*]Restart the computer.

  rundll32 setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultUninstall 132 C:\Program Files\Agnitum\Outpost Security Suite\Kernel\sandbox.inf
   
  and click OK.
  

[*]LSP filter uninstallation:

• Select Start > Run, type in the command:
   
  rundll32 "C:\Program Files\Agnitum\Outpost Security Suite\lspfilt.dll",uninstall
   
  or
   
  rundll32 "C:\Program Files\Agnitum\Outpost Security Suite\lspfilt64.dll",uninstall
   
  for 64-bit platforms and click OK.
  

[*]Files and shortcuts deletion:

• Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Agnitum Shared.
  
• Select Start > Programs > Agnitum, right-click Outpost Security Suite and select Delete.
  

[*]Restart the computer.

[*]To finish the uninstallation, delete the folder C:\Program Files\Agnitum\Outpost Security Suite.
