Bonjour à tous,

Cela fait depuis hier que je n'arrive plus à lancer de recherche sur google que ce soit avec firefox ou ie. A la place j'ai droit à un chargement extravagant et le lancement de popups non désirés :/

Bonjour,

 

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :

  • Redémarre ton ordinateur
  • Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
  • A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
  • Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
  • Choisis ton compte.

Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :

  • Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
  • Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
  • Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
  • Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
  • Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
  • Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
  • Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
  • Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
  • Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

N.B.:

- Le fichier SDFIX_README.htm (dans le dossier SDFix) contient la liste des malwares pris en compte par l'outil.

thamak, on aimerai stp que tu passes le programme suivant pour nettoyer l'infection Vundo >>

 

Télécharge combofix.exe de sUBs

  • Assure toi que tous les programmes sont fermés avant de lancer le fix!
  • Fait un double clique sur combofix.exe.
  • Clique sur Oui au message de Limitation de Garantie qui s'affiche.
  • Il est possible que ton parefeu te demande si tu acceptes ou non l'accès de nircmd.cfexe à la zone sure: accepte!
  • Note: Ne ferme pas la fenêtre qui vient de s'ouvrir , tu te retrouverais avec un bureau vide !
  • Lorsque le scan est terminé, un rapport sera généré : poste en le contenu dans ton prochain message.

Voila, mais par contre je viens de découvrir la source du problème. Il vient d'une installation que j'ai fait récemment et c'est photoshop CS3 portable que j'ai pris en torrent, mais par contre le logiciel en lui même marche nickel :/

Nous y sommes...c'était la bonne question à se poser: comment mon pc a t'il été infecté ?

Ce qui suit n'est pas pour faire la morale, mais vise plutôt à te faire prendre conscience des risques liés à l'utilisation de ce type de programmes.

Fais gaffe avec l'utilisation des logiciels P2P!! ce sont les principaux vecteurs d'infection avec les craks/keygens etc...! Pour t'en convaincre, lis ces deux topics très clairs:

Les infections véhiculées pas le p2p sont une menace réelle!! par exemple le vers Worm.Win32_Sumom-A qui est un ver de messagerie instantanée et de réseaux peer-to-peer,se met dans le dossier incoming/Shared afin d'être expédié à toutes les personnes qui partagent tes téléchargements...=> http://www.virustraq.com/info_virus/10134/details/

Maintenant que tu sais, c'est à toi de voir... est ce que ca vaut le coup de risquer une grosse infection (et mettre tes données en peril)? La plupart des logiciels payants ont un équivalent en freeware. Une alernative à Photoshop serait Gimp par ex!

1) Rend toi sur cette page afin de télécharger le fichier CFScript > http://www.sendspace.com/file/eqmytn

pour cela, clique sur le lien en bas de page > pointright.gifDownload Link: CFScript

  • Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le fichier ComboFix.exe comme sur la capture
    CFScript.gif
  • Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaitre à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!
    Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.
  • Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.
  • Si le fichier n'apparait pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

2) Assure toi que les contrôles activeX soient bien configurés dans les options internet comme décrit sur ce lien=> Cybersécurité

 

  • Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky
  • Clique sur Accept
  • Une barre jaune va te demander si tu acceptes d'installer le Kavwebscan_Unicode.cab, installe l'Active X.
  • clique une nouvelle fois sur "Accept"
  • Les bases de mises à jour vont s'installer, patiente un moment
  • Clique sur Next.
  • Clique sur My Computer, le scan se met en route; attends la fin du scan sans fermer la fenêtre sinon il s'arrêtera.

 

A la fin du scan, si des objets infectés sont découverts, clique sur Save report as... Choisis bureau et nomme le rapport "rapport Kaspersky" et dans le champ d'enregistrement, choisis "fichiers texte" enregistre alors le rapport.

 

Copie/colle la totalité du fichier texte ouvert, par clic droit dessus, sélectionner tout/copier.

 

Colle ce rapport dans ta réponse sur le forum.

Bonjour, salut Thanos ô Maître vénéré! (keske je cire bien les bottes moi!)

 

Thanos étant absent jusqu'à ce soir, on va faire ceci en l'attendant:

 

Télécharger ATF Cleaner par Atribune.

  • Installe-le sur le bureau.
     
    Double-clique ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme.
    Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All
    Cliquer sur le bouton Empty Selected

Si tu utilises le navigateur Firefox :

  • Clique Firefox au haut et choisis : Select All
    Cliquer le bouton Empty Selected
    NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.

Si tu utilises le navigateur Opera :

  • Clique Opera au haut et choisis : Select All
    Cliquer le bouton Empty Selected
    NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, cliquer No à l'invite.

Clique Exit, du menu principal, afin de fermer le programme.

Pour obtenir du Support technique, double-clique l'adresse électronique située au bas de chacun des menus.

 

2.Télécharge AVP Tool et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

Installe-le en double-cliquant sur Setup_7.0.0.xxx.

Ignore l'avertissement.Si ta suite de sécurité rouspète, désactive-là un instant pour installer l'outil de désinfection de Kaspersky.

 

Redémarre le pc en mode sans échec:

 

Pour faire des analyses en mode sans echec faire comme suit:

 

Au démarrage ou redémarrage du pc tapoter la touche F8 jusqu'à avoir un écran noir et blanc avec plusieurs options.

 

A l'aide des flèches de direction du clavier, choisir:mode sans echec et presser la touche ENTER.

 

Le système sera plus lent et l'écran bizarre, c'est normal.

 

Faire les analyses avec l'antivirus.

 

Après ces analyses, redémarrer le pc normalement.

 

Autre méthode: TUTO SYMANTEC

 

Ouvre le dossier jaune de Kaspersky sur le bureau: double-clic sur le K rouge setup, coche TOUTES les cases puis clique sur Scan.

 

A la fin si des objets sont découverts, clique sur Neutralize all.

 

Clique sur Reports /Save to file --> nomme le fichier texte "Rapport kav" et colle ce rapport dans ta réponse.

 

Ferme l'outil, on le désinstallera plus tard selon le rapport, il ne doit pas rester sur le pc car il évolue tous les jours!

 

Après le redémarrage, poste aussi un nouveau log Hijackthis stp.

 

 

Désinstallation de l'outil: Ouvrir le dossier de Kaspersky sur le bureau et double-cliquer sur Uninstall.000

Si erreur de désinstallation, le faire en mode sans échec.
