Bonjour à toute l'équipe et bravo pour ce que vous faites...

 

A mon tour je me suis fait véroler...

En lisant à droite à gauche, j'ai cru bon de telecharger hijack et de vous copier coller le log

J'attends maintenant vos lumières parce que pour moi c'est du chinois.

J'ai posté trop vite... Comme d'hab...

 

J'ai donc oublié de préciser que je suis sous XP, que je soupçonne avoir choppé ça sous MSN avec un fichier .pic (même que mon fils est privé d'ordi pour le restant de ses jours...lol)

 

Je croyais être bien protégé avec AVAST... Je m'aperçois en vous lisant que je ferai mieux de passer a ANTIVIR.

 

En attendant, j'ai désactivé la protection résidente du courrier pour pouvoir continuer à me servir de la bécane (je ne sais pas s'il y a d'autre moyen)

• ouvre une invite de commande [executer____ cmd] , dans la fenetre qui s'affiche tu tapes chacune des lignes ci dessous en les validant par "enter":

 

sc stop yul6ouaey3o -->[valide par la touche enter]

sc delete yul6ouaey3o -->[valide par la touche enter]

exit -->[valide par la touche enter]

 

•relance HijackThis " do a system scan only" ,coche les lignes ci dessous et clic "Fixchecked":

Bon j'ai fait tout ce que tu m'as dit :

 

sc stop yul6ouaey3o -->[valide par la touche enter]

le service n'a pas été démarré

 

Pour le reste, tout s'est bien passé, j'ai supprimé dgevrso.exe, désinstallé avast (merci le forum makelal...) et installé antivir.

Je te copie colle le log antivir effectué en mode sans échec :

ATF Cleaner

Double-clique ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme.

Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All

Clique sur le bouton Empty Selected, patiente le temp du nettoyage, ok

Si tu utilises le navigateur Firefox :

Clique Firefox au haut et choisis : Select All

Clique le bouton Empty Selected

NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.

Si tu utilises le navigateur Opera :

Clique Opera au haut et choisis : Select All

Clique le bouton Empty Selected

NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.

Clique Exit, du menu prinicipal, afin de fermer le programme.

J'ai tout fait...

 

J'ai du mal à te dire si j'ai les même soucis qu'avant puisque c'est AVAST qui me signalait l'envoi de spams et que je l'ai désinstallé.

Je ne crois pas qu'antivir ait une protextion residente "courrier"... donc je ne sais pas si le problème est règlé...

Comment puis-je m'en assurer ??

 

En tout cas, tout a l'air de fonctionner correctement.

Vu que l'infection est maitrisé , l'envoie de spam aussi.

Effectivement antivir n'a pas cette fonction, mais il aurait pas laissé passer l'infection contrairement à avast [c'est l'antivirus qui prévient quand il est trop tard ]
