• Pense à éditer ton premier post pour rajouter "Résolu" dans le titre. Pour cela clique sur "Editer" à la gauche de " Citer " et "Répondre " sur le tout premier post du sujet, puis sélectionne "édition complète". Tu pourras alors changer le titre et y rajouter " Résolu".

Mais ce n'est rien du tout ce que t'indique ton antivirus! Ce sont des cookies.

 

Je vais réanalyser ton log mais en attendant si tu ne l'as pas encore, installe ceci sur ton bureau:

 

Télécharger ATF Cleaner par Atribune.

• Installe-le sur le bureau. (A conserver car très utile après chaque séance de surf)
   
  Double-clique ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme.
  Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All
  Cliquer sur le bouton Empty Selected
  

Si tu utilises le navigateur Firefox :

• Clique Firefox au haut et choisis : Select All
  Cliquer le bouton Empty Selected
  NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.
  

Si tu utilises le navigateur Opera :

• Clique Opera au haut et choisis : Select All
  Cliquer le bouton Empty Selected
  NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, cliquer No à l'invite.
  

Clique Exit, du menu principal, afin de fermer le programme.

Pour obtenir du Support technique, double-clique l'adresse électronique située au bas de chacun des menus.

merci pour ce plan.

 

en fait... mon pc a fait un "dingding" comme s'il venait de finir quelque chose et maintenant ça va mieux. je ne sais pas ce qu'il venait de finir (je ne venais pas de fermer un programme, ça faisait un bon 1/4 d'h que l'analyse du DD était terminée...) mais ça devait être important

 

heureusement que le ridicule ne tue pas

désolée d'avoir sollicité à nouveau ce forum, j'irai prochainement sur optimisation!

bitdefender version payante (cd-rom) avait été installé sur mon ce pc au tout début, ça fait qqs années maintenant

Ohhhh mais c'est lui qui fait ramer ton pc!

 

Il a été mal désinstallé; je te cherche le nettoyeur et je reviens.

Cela crée des conflits avec l'autre antivirus.

oki, c'est fait. on dirait que ça lui a redonné un peu + de pêche.

par contre quand j'ai redémarré après la désinstallation j'ai eu ce message :

 

"System Error

0203 : Failure IDE#2"

 

j'avais le choix entre "setup" et "boot", j'ai donc démarré (je ne savais pas quoi faire dans setup)

je crois que ce n'est pas la première fois qu'il y a ce genre de message bizarre au redémarrage.

 

 

autre truc : il y a dans mon panneau ajout/suppression de programme un "yahoo! internet mail" qui ne veut pas dégager : lorsque je clique sur modifier/supprimer, l'écran clignote et rien ne se passe.
