virus Statement1-10

Bonsoir,

Ce matin, dans ma messagerie, j’ai cliqué malencontreusement sur un petit logiciel appelé « Statement1-10 » et depuis, lorsque je me connecte sur Internet j’ai sans cesse des perturbations de messages inconnus qui freine et m’empêche de surfer sur le net. Avast n’arrête pas de me prévenir qu’il peut y a une infection possible de détectée.. ça a indiqué aussi : un virus a été trouvé – noms des fichiers

system32\tlemxkqp.dll

System32\drivers\ati0puxx.sys

et un autre system32\ati3dixx.sys .

Nom du logiciel malveillant : Win32 trojan-gen et Cutwail-E

Pouvez-vous m’aider à me débarrasser de ce gênant virus et j'ai eu du mal pour vous écrire tellement c'est répétitif. Merci d’avance

Procède ainsi et poste les rapports que j'y jette un oeil >>

 

1°) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)

 

Branche tous les supports amovibles que tu possèdes avant de faire ce scan (clé usb/disque dur externe etc)

• Double clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
  
• Dans l'onglet "Mise à jour", clique sur le bouton "Recherche de mise à jour": si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter, accepte.
  
• Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet "Recherche".
  
• Sélectionne "Exécuter un examen rapide"
  
• Clique sur "Rechercher"
  
• L'analyse démarre, le scan est relativement long, c'est normal.
  
• A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :

  L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Clique sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.

  Clique sur "Ok" pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
  
• Ferme tes navigateurs.
  
• Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
  Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
  
• MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport et poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.
  

 

2°) Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

• Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
  
• Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
  
• Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
  
• Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
  ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
  
• Si tu ne vois pas ces deux rapports, tu les trouveras dans le dossier C:\rsit

Merci Thanos, apparemment après avoir procédé comme tu me l'as dit, tout semble fonctionner normalement. Dois-je supprimer les virus de la Quarantaine et aussi désinstaller "Malwarebytes (MBAM) et Random's system (RSIT) ? J'attends ta réponse et je te poste quand même les rapports demandés : (ENCORE MERCI)

Bien: MBAM a fait du nettoyage.

Dois-je supprimer les virus de la Quarantaine et aussi désinstaller "Malwarebytes (MBAM) et Random's system (RSIT) ?

Oui tu peux supprimer la quarantaine si tu veux. Par contre tu peux conserver MBAM: Il ne protègera pas ton pc car pour bénéficier de sa fonction de protection résidente et ses mises à jour automatiques, il faudra acheter la licence. Ceci dit, il est toujours efficace pour nettoyer ton pc! il suffit juste de le mettre à jour manuellement avant tout scan (en mode sans échec de préférence).

 

La suite car il reste quelques vérifications/corrections à faire >>

 

1°) Rend toi sur cette page afin de télécharger le fichier fix.reg sur ton Bureau => http://www.sendspace.com/file/i8rh0x

pour cela, clique sur le lien en bas de page > Download Link: fix.reg

Double-clique sur le fichier: au message qui s'affiche, clique sur OK pour faire fusionner le fichier avec le registre.

Elimine le fichier une fois l'opération effectuée.

 

2°) Assure toi que les contrôles activeX soient bien configurés dans les options internet comme décrit sur ce lien=> Cybersécurité

 

• Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky
  
• Clique sur Accept
  
• Une barre jaune va te demander si tu acceptes d'installer le Kavwebscan_Unicode.cab, installe l'Active X.
  
• clique une nouvelle fois sur "Accept"
  
• Les bases de mises à jour vont s'installer, patiente un moment
  
• Clique sur Next.
  
• Clique sur My Computer, le scan se met en route; attends la fin du scan sans fermer la fenêtre sinon il s'arrêtera.
  

 

A la fin du scan, si des objets infectés sont découverts, clique sur Save report as... Choisis bureau et nomme le rapport "rapport Kaspersky" et dans le champ d'enregistrement, choisis "fichiers texte" enregistre alors le rapport.

 

Copie/colle la totalité du fichier texte ouvert, par clic droit dessus, sélectionner tout/copier.

 

Colle ce rapport dans ta réponse sur le forum.

NOTE: Le scan est à faire avec Internet Explorer.

Télécharge JavaRa.zip de Paul McLain et Fred de Vries.

• Décompresse le fichier sur ton bureau (clic droit > Extraire tout)
  
• Double-clique sur le répertoire JavaRa obtenu
  
• Puis double-clique sur le fichier JavaRa.exe (le exe peut ne pas s'afficher)
  
• Une boite va s'ouvrir te demandant de sélectionner le langage, fais ton choix puis clique sur Select.
  
• Clique sur Search For Updates
  
• Sélectionne Update Using jucheck.exe puis clique sur Search
  
• Autorise le processus à se connecter s'il te le demande, clique sur Install et suis les instructions d'installation. Cela prendra quelques minutes.
  
• Quand l'installation est terminée, revient à l'écran de JavaRa et clique sur Remove Older Versions
  
• Clique sur Oui pour confirmer. L'outil va travailler, clique ensuite sur Ok, puis une deuxième fois sur Ok.
  
• Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie-colle le dans ta prochaine réponse.
  Note : le rapport se trouve aussi à la racine de la partition système, en général C:\ sous le nom JavaRa.log (c:\JavaRa.log)
  
• Ferme l'application

Bonsoir Thanos,

Voici les rapports "Kaspersky" et "JavaRa" et il y a encore des fichiers infectés. Que dois-je faire pour les éliminer définitivement ? Et qu'est ce je fais de JavaRa ? je le désinstalle ou je le garde pour remettre à jour ultérieurement... j'espère que la licence est gratuite. J'attends tes instructions très prècieuses. 1°) Elimine les fichiers suivants manuellement:

2°) Utilise ce programme pour faire le nettoyage des fichiers inutiles (fichiers temporaires/prefetch etc...) >>

 

Télécharge ATF Cleaner by Atribune sur ton bureau.

 

Double-clique sur ATF Cleaner afin de lancer le programme.

• Sous l'onglet Main, choisis : Select All
  Clique sur le bouton Empty Selected
   
  Si tu utilises le navigateur Firefox :
   
   
  
• Clique Firefox au haut et choisis : Select All
  Clique le bouton Empty Selected
  NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.
   
  Si tu utilises le navigateur Opera :
   
   
  
• Clique Opera au haut et choisis : Select All
  Clique le bouton Empty Selected
  NOTE : Si tu veux conserver tes mots de passe sauvegardés, clique No à l'invite.
   
  Clique Exit, du menu prinicipal, afin de fermer le programme.
  

3°) Désactive puis réactive la restauration système comme ceci => aide visuelle

Clique sur Démarrer.

Clique avec le bouton droit sur l'icône Poste de travail, puis cliquez sur Propriétés.

Clique sur l'onglet «Restauration du système».

Sélectionne «Désactiver la Restauration du système» ou «Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs»

Clique sur "Appliquer".

Comme le dit le message, ceci supprimera tous les points de restauration existants. Pour faire cela, clique sur Oui.

Clique sur OK.Redémarre ton PC. Fais l'opération inverse, et réactive la restauration:un nouveau point sera automatiquement créé.

 

Et qu'est ce je fais de JavaRa ? je le désinstalle ou je le garde pour remettre à jour ultérieurement... j'espère que la licence est gratuite.

Je ne conseille que des programmes gratuits JavaRa en fait partie: tu peux le conserver et le lancer une fois par mois par ex: il te permettra de télécharger/installer la dernière version de Java et de désinstaller l'ancienne version, le tout automatiquement.

 

Pendant qu'on est à l'installation de programmes gratuits, voilà ce que je te conseille pour sécuriser ton pc >>

 

Le pc est protégé par Avast...Je te conseille de lire ce comparatif très intéressant de Malekal Morte afin de te faire une idée quant à l'efficacité de cet antivirus > http://forum.malekal.com/ftopic3528.php

C'est une étude indépendante et sérieuse! Je ne saurais que te conseiller de désinstaller avast et d'installer Antivir afin de protéger ton pc au mieux.

 

Si tu décides d'installer Antivir procède ainsi >

 

-Télécharge Antivir sur le bureau, mais ne le lance pas encore!

 

-Désinstalle Avast et redémarre le pc.

 

-Installe Antivir.

 

-Met Antivir à jour et configure le en suivant les indications du Tutoriel de tesgaz

 

Si tu as besoin de faire un scan du pc avec Antivir, voilà ce qu'il faudra faire >>

 

Double-clique sur son icône près de l'horloge, cela ouvre l'interface principale, puis clique sur "Scan system now" à droite de "Last complete system scan".

/!\ Cela peut être long.

Tu peux sauvegarder le rapport en fin de parcours (bouton "Report").

 

Si Antivir détecte des fichiers infectés, mets les en quarantaine (choisis "Move to quarantine" dans la liste des actions.

Tu peux automatiser ce type d'action en cochant une case), comme ci dessous :

 

Cela permet de ne pas rester à la surveiller

 

Si tu fais ce scan, poste le rapport: Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur le bouton report > un rapport va être créé : enregistre le sur le bureau.

Il faut bien garder ton système et les logiciels à jour pour éviter les vulnérabilités.

Tu peux utiliser ce programme qui aide à faire le point sur les logiciels qui ont besoin d'une mise à jour >>PSI de Secunia<<

 

Je te conseille vivement de faire des sauvegardes régulières des données qui ont de l'importance pour toi. Lorsqu'on y pense, il est souvent trop tard! Une grosse infection ou un plantage de la machine peuvent rendre les données irrécupérables... Aussi, afin d'éviter ce gros désagrément, il faut prendre l'habitude de faire des sauvegardes régulières. Pour celà je te conseille le logiciel gratuit >>Cobian Backup 8<<

Des conseils pour sécuriser ton pc au mieux et comprendre les dangers liés à l'utilisation de l'internet dans les deux lien ci-dessous. Je t'invite à prendre le temps de bien lire tout cela, de t'informer, d'essayer... Pour trouver quels sont les softs qui te conviennent le mieux.

Windows Update parfaitement à jour (catégorie critique, Services Pack et Services Release )

- pare-feu bien paramétré- antivirus bien paramétré et mis à jour régulièrement(quotidiennement s'il le faut) avec un scan complet régulier.

- IMPORTANT :une attitude prudente vis à vis de la navigation (pas de sites douteux:cracks, warez, etc) et vis à vis de la messagerie (fichiers joints aux messages doivent être scanné avant d'être ouvert ainsi que les fichiers téléchargés dont la provenance n'est pas sûre!!)

- une attitude vigilante (être l'affût de fonctionnements inhabituels de ton système)

- nettoyage hebdomadaire du système (suppression des fichiers inutiles avec ATF cleaner, nettoyage de la base de registre avec jv16, scandisk, defragmentation du disque dur régulière)

- scan hebdomadaire antispyware

Pense à changer le titre et y rajouter " Résolu" stp.

Sous ton premier message, clique sur le bouton "Editer" puis "Edition complête".

Là, tu aura la possibilité d'éditer ton titre et d'y ajouter [résolu]
