[Résolu] infection par W32.SillyFDC

Salut,

 

J'ai eu quelques mésaventures tout à l'heure avec Google qui me disait "Ce site web risque d'endommager votre ordinateur" ou quelque chose dans le genre pour tous les sites internet que je souhaitais voir.

J'ai donc fait une analyse symantec qui m'a donné ceci :

J'ai donc cherché sur internet et suis tombé la : http://forum.zebulon.fr/virus-w32sillyfdc-t145265.html

Google, c'est tout le monde, c'était un bug.

 

Le fichier est dans la corbeille d'après Avast!

 

Vide-la... S'il n'y a rien d'apparent dedans crée par exemple un fichier texte sur le bureau, puis mets-le à la corbeille et vide-la.

 

Ton antivirus est Avast.

 

Avast n'est pas sûr en ce moment. Il tarde à mettre à jour sa base virale et laisse passer beaucoup de choses. Résultats: Ton PC est plus vunérable aux nouvelles menaces.

 

Je pense qu'il serait mieux protégé avec Antivir.

 

Antivir est un antivirus gratuit, efficace et léger, maintenant en français, dont les mises à jour sont quotidiennes et les nouvelles menaces sont rapidement intégrées dans sa base virale. (D'où la meilleure protection).

 

 

• Si tu es d'accord pour changer, désinstalle Avast par Ajout/Suppression de programmes
  
• Redémarre le PC pour achever la désinstallation
  
• Télécharge installe et paramètre Antivir comme indiqué sur cette page: Télécharger, installer, configurer Antivir (version française)
  

 

PS: Quand un fichier infecté est détecté par Antivir, une fenêtre semblable à celle-ci s'ouvre:

Antivir te demande ce qu'il doit faire du fichier infecté.

Choisis Déplacer en quarantaine puis clique sur OK.

 

Fais une analyse complète et poste le rapport stp.

Re,

 

Ne passe pas d'outils si tu l'as vu dans un autre sujet; chaque procédure est du sur-mesure et il n'y a aucune raison de passer SmitfraudFix.

 

Les outils publics, oui mais les outils spéciaux, il faut savoir pourquoi et comment s'en servir efficacement.

 

Essaie ça, c'est public et très efficace; ceci dit je ne vois pas trop où peut se cacher ton "Silly" On verra.

Sache toutefois que cela se chope par P2P et par supports amovibles donc analyse tes clés usb et autres.

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)

Ce logiciel est à garder, il rendra encore de grands services!

 

Connecter les supports amovibles (clés usb etc.) avant de lancer l'analyse.

 

• Double clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
  
• Dans l'onglet "Mise à jour", clique sur le bouton "Recherche de mise à jour": si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter, accepte.
  
• Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet "Recherche".
  
• Sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet"
  
• Clique sur "Rechercher"
  
• L'analyse démarre, le scan est relativement long, c'est normal.
  
• A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :

  L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Clique sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.

  Clique sur "Ok" pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
  
• Ferme tes navigateurs.
  
• Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
  Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
  
• MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport et poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.
  

Si MBAM demande à être redémarré, redémarre le pc.

 

Poste un nouveau log Hijackthis après le redémarrage de la machine stp.

on dirait que MBAM a liquidé ton visiteur indésirable.

 

Mets SmitfraudFix et son dossier à la corbeille puis vide-la.

 

Assure toi que la console Java est bien la plus récente; pour le savoir rends-toi sur cette page et clique sur Vérifier la version de Java -> http://www.java.com/fr/download/installed.jsp -> Il te sera indiqué si tu dois installer la dernière version.

Si tu installes une nouvelle version Java, désinstalle toutes les plus anciennes via ajout/suppr de programmes.

 

Fais un scan en ligne avec Kaspersky.

• Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky
  
• Clique sur Accept
  
• Patiente le temps d'installation du Webscanner.
  
• Les bases de mises à jour vont s'installer, patiente un moment
  
• Clique sur Next.
  
• Clique sur My Computer, le scan se met en route; attends la fin du scan sans fermer la fenêtre sinon il s'arrêtera.
  

 

A la fin du scan, si des objets infectés sont découverts, clique sur Save report as... Choisis bureau et nomme le rapport "rapport Kaspersky" et dans le champ d'enregistrement, choisis "fichiers texte" enregistre alors le rapport.

 

Copie/colle l'entièreté du fichier texte ouvert, par clic droit dessus, sélectionner tout/copier.

 

Colle ce rapport dans ta réponse sur le forum.

Tu peux te défaire de SmitfraudFix et de son dossier en le mettant à la corbeille puis vider celle-ci.

Il ne vaut mieux pas garder ce genre d'outils qui évoluent sans arrêt.

 

Tu devrais changer ton Open Office pour passer à la version 3.0.1.

Relance Hijackthis avec Do a system scan only et coche les cases devant les lignes suivantes: SOUS VISTA: Clic droit sur Hijackthis/exécuter en temps qu'administrateur!

Ferme toutes les applications ouvertes et les navigateurs et clique sur Fix Checked

 

Fais vérifier ta version de Java : http://www.java.com/fr/download/installed.jsp

 

Si tu dois installer une nouvelle version, fais-le bien sûr.

 

Utilise ensuite ceci: crée un nouveau dossier sur le bureau ou dans "mes documents"; nomme-le JavaRa.

 

Enregistre ce fichier compressé (zip) dans le dossier nouvellement créé : http://raproducts.org/click/click.php?id=1

 

Clic droit/extraire ici.

 

Double clique sur l'icône "soleil" et n'utilise que le bouton "Remove Older Versions".

--> Pour Vista: clic droit/exécuter en temps qu'administrateur <--

 

Ca va virer les versions obsolètes et libérer de l'espace disque.

 

Poste le rapport sauvé sur le C:\ stp. (ou dans le dossier JavaRa)

  Si le malware que tu as eu n'apparaît pas dans la liste, ou si tu ne sais pas quelle infection tu as eu, crée un message dans le sujet "Autres infections" conforme aux règles du forum (age, ville, département etc..) (Dans ton cas, il s'agit d'une infection W32.SillyFCD.
   
  
• Pour poster un message, clique sur le bouton "post reply" et saisis les informations.
  NE PAS CREER UN NOUVEAU SUJET avec le bouton New Topic.

Si tout est ok,

 

• Pense à éditer ton premier post pour rajouter "Résolu" dans le titre. Pour cela clique sur "Editer dans ton premier post. Tu pourras alors changer le titre.
