[Résolu] Nod32/Connexion Internet perdue / CMD et Regedit dispa rus

Bonjour à tous,

 

Après avoir cherché en vain une solution à mon problème, je me tourne vers vous, grands experts, pour tenter de vous accompagner dans l'éventuel nettoyage de mon PC qui semble-t-il a été sérieusement infecté.

 

En premier lieu, je me permets de préciser que je ne suis pas une grande experte en informatique mais si l'on me dit quoi faire, je saurai le reproduire.

 

D'avance un grand merci.

 

Voici mon problème :

 

1/ je me rends compte il y a quelques jours qu'après une recherche google, les liens cliqués me redirigent vers des sites de pub qui ne correspondent pas du tout à ma demande.

 

2/ je scanne minutieusement mon PC grâce à Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, qui me détecte 3 Trojan. Je supprime les fichiers infectés.

 

3/ je retente la recherche google, même problème, il y a quelque chose de vicieux qui tourne et que je ne parviens pas à détecter.

 

4/ je scanne minutieusement le PC grâce à AVAST. Les résultats ne donnent rien.

 

5/ entre temps, je me rends compte que lorsque je clique sur exécuter et que je tape CMD ou Regedit, rien ne se passe ou plutôt si: explorer.exe se relance. C'est à dire que les icônes du Bureau disparaissent et reviennent en quelques secondes.

 

6/ je désinstalle AVAST et opte pour un logiciel un peu plus performant. J'installe alors NOD32, dernière version. Le scan complet du PC ne donne rien. CMD et Regedit sont toujours inaccessibles depuis "exécuter".

 

7/ je souhaite retenter la recherche google mais la connexion internet rame ou plutôt, est inexistante puisqu'après 30 minutes, la page n'est toujours pas affichée. (alors que l'icone du réseau indique que le signal est excellent). Ce ralentissement internet fait immédiatement suite à l'installation de NOD32. La connexion fonctionnait très bien jusqu'alors.

 

Voici quelques informations supplémentaires concernant ma machine ainsi que le réseau auquel elle est connectée :

 

Mon PC tourne sous Windows XP, édition familiale, version 2002, Service Pack2.

Le second PC de la maison tourne sous Vista. Aucun problème de virus ou de véroles détectées, il tourne impeccablement, se connecte sans problème à Internet.

Tous deux font partie d'un petit réseau maison, connecté à Neuf ADSL.

Ma machine est quant à elle connectée au réseau en wifi.

 

Et pour terminer et anticiper, je vais me permettre de vous coller le log Hijackthis qui vient de se créer après scan.

J'espère ne pas avoir outrepassé le mode d'utilisation du forum et d'avance, pardonnez si les éléments fournis sont incomplets. J'ai oublié de préciser un autre symptôme : j'utilise plutôt Mozilla Firefox pour surfer sur Internet et depuis quelques jours, il se ferme intempestivement, surtout s'il y a plusieurs fenêtres ouvertes. Un message de plantage m'invite ensuite à communiquer cette erreur à Mozilla...

Comment faire puisque je ne parviens pas à me connecter à internet avec ma machine ?

Si vous n'avez une deuxième machine, ce sera difficile , en effet.

 

Copiez quelque part de façon à le retrouver en cas de besoin le fichier vsijmst.sdd .

 

Télécharger sur le bureau.OTMoveIt3 by OldTimer .

Double-clic sur OTMoveIt3.exe pour le lancer.

Sous Vista,Clic droit sur le fichier ->Choisir Exécuter en tant qu' Administrateur

Vérifier que Unregister Dll's and Ocx's soit coché.

Revenez dans OTMoveIt3,

Clic droit sur la fenêtre "Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved" sous la barre jaune et choisir Coller(Paste).

* Click le bouton rouge Moveit!

* Fermez OTMoveIt3

Votre Pc va redémarrer.

Rendez vous dans le dossier C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles ,

ouvrez le dernier fichier .log

J'avais pensé coller le fichier sur la clef USB mais s'il est infecté, je ne voudrais pas contaminer le second PC de la maison...
